Brand new studio apartment

The space was small but very well designed and looked barely used. Great location for getting anywhere downtown and right across the street from historic mansions. Will recommend!

Fabulous

My family and I chose this property for over night stay after the Grizzlies game. The place is very nice. Parking is a bit difficult depending on your vehicle size. The room was slightly noisy but the host already had earplugs to suppress it. Overall, everything was fabulous & I look forward to visiting again.

Awesome Experience

I appreciate the convenience of the location of the property. Also, the apartment itself was awesome to stay in i liked the guitar addition. Although I caught everything on a wet, icy, and cold week I look forward to coming back to the same area when it is good weather. Lastly, the host has great communication skills and was able to answer questions in a timely matter!

Highly recommend

This was a great loft style apartment in what we considered a safe area of Memphis. The gated parking is a plus. However one night we came in late and had to park on the street. There is over flow parking in the back but we felt more comfortable with our car on the street where we could seen it out our window. The loft was immaculate and the perfect size for our needs. If ever I’m the area, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Weekend in Memphis

Love this place and it will be my first choice if/when I visit Memphis again! When we arrived the entry code didn’t work. This had happened just over a month before at our last VRBO and that time it was a total nightmare. We couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the emergency phone number for over an hour! This can’t be happening again we thought. We called the number included for any issues, and our host answered right away and in less than 2 minutes we were inside! The rental was exactly as pictured and described. Clean, comfortable, and I loved the little lighted vanity for putting on makeup and doing my hair. Someone even called us the next day to make sure everything was going fine with our stay!

Checks All The Boxes!

Safety/Security? Yes! Gated and plenty of cameras, all different codes, easy to use, parked in the alley and still felt safe Clean/Comfortable? Yes! Bed and pillows were amazing, bathroom and kitchen were clean, floors were clean, very impressive, just the right size and use of space, 2 of us and never felt cramped I was given all the info I needed to access the property prior to check-in, the owner emailed to check on us and made themselves available daily if needed (we didn't), the property and furniture is updated, all in all, exceeded our standards of somewhere to sleep and shower that felt safe and comfortable. It was obvious the owners wanted to accommodate, clear and upfront directions/instructions, good signage/labels, all the outlets worked, no burned out bulbs, the basics and then some were available, operational, and in good working condition. 12/10, highly recommend

Tolles Appartement, genau wie auf den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Sehr sauber, unkomplizierter Check in und out Vorgang. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Antwort kam immer sofort. Kostenloser Parkplatz. Wir waren ohne Auto da, dann ist insbesondere in den Abendstunden der Weg nach Downtown Memphis zu weit. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig. Aber angenehme Umgebung.
