Apartment was very clean and modernized with all the usual needs. Apartment was well stocked. Communication with host was excellent. I wasnt a fan of the free parking area ( long walk) but nothing happened to the car.

We were only there for an overnight stay but truly enjoyed our brief stay. Both the couch and the bed were super comfy and just pulled us in. The linens were also very soft and cozy. The space was very clean and welcoming. We will stay here again!

We really enjoyed our trip. The apartment was very nice. There were many things to do within walking distance. Highly recommend the city tour and riverboat cruise.

This place was perfect for our stay in Memphis. The location could not have been better to access downtown amenities. We rarely moved the car as we were able to walk to most places - including some great eating venues in the area. It was especially helpful to be able to walk to the Riverboat cruise as the road to their parking was under construction and inaccessible by car. The area around the apartment felt safe and everyone was very friendly. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay here again when in the area.

The Downtown Memphis Vrbo was wonderful. Exactly as listed - clean, well appointed including lots of towels, dishes, pots and pans. Entry instructions were easy and parking was right around the corner and convenient. You could even stop in front of the building with your flashers on to load and unload. The host left us two bottles of wine, which were greatly appreciated after a long drive. There were even actual wine glasses!! The Downtown Memphis Vrbo is literally steps away from Beale Street, Main Street, the Peabody, the Bass Pro Shop pyramid store and the River. Anything you want to do in Memphis, you’re within walking distance. I definitely recommend the Downtown Memphis!

Outstanding stay. Apartment was spotless! According to my son (6’3 / 220 lbs), the sofa bed was one of the best he has slept on. Neighborhood was good, walked to several local spots, and never felt unsafe. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
