Gorgeous home in Krmed with WiFi

In a small village, near the small town of Bale, is located this wonderful vacation home with pool, suitable for two or more families. On the spacious first floor there is the living room with kitchen and dining area and direct exit to the covered terrace on which there is a brick fireplace. On the first floor there is another bedroom with private bathroom. Four more bedrooms with private bathrooms and balconies are located on the upper floor. In front of the terrace are the pool and sunbathing area. An additional toilet is also available on the property. During your stay, visit the romantic town of Rovinj and walk along the old town to the church of St. Euphemia, which towers over the town and from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.

Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, was für uns kein Problem war.Von der größe (waren 11 Personen) hat es gepasst. Allerdings war in der Beschreibung gestanden es wäre ein Babybett und ein Kinderhochstuhl dort, die wir leider nicht auffinden konnten. Die Waschmaschine hat leider auch nicht richtig funktioniert.Ein Staubsauger oder ein Besen wären auch super gewesen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Perfekt für mehrere Familien-Gruppen, da jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein Bad mit Dusche im EG und ein WC im Außenbereich. Insbesondere super, da man bei Benutzung des Pools nicht ins Haus muss.Bei Ankunft hat auf uns Holzkohle, eine Flasche Wein, eine große Flasche Wasser gewartet. Alle Toiletten waren mit Handseife und 2 bis 3 Rollen Toilettenpapier ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung ist super, allerdings bei 10 Personen etwas knapp. Es empfiehlt sich bei einer großen Gruppe etwas Geschirr oder Besteck mitzubringen. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt. Zweimal wöchentlich kamen Poolreiniger und alle 2 Wochen jemand zum Rasenmähen. Bei uns ist eine Klima ausgefallen und wir hatten auf einmal kein warmes Wasser. Danijel hat sich um alles sehr schnell gekümmert. Bei Fragen oder Probleme war er immer für uns erreichbar. Vielen Dank an Danijel für seine großartige Gastfreundschaft. Wir konnten einen nahegelegenen Campingplatz nutzen zum Baden. Das war prima.Auf Grund eines Sturms ist der Sonnenschirm davon geflogen und leider gerissen. Die Abwicklung war unproblematisch, aodass wir den Schaden auf unkomplizierte Weise beheben konnten.Alles in allem hatten wir zwei tolle Wochen und wenn es uns nochmal nach Istrien verschlägt, wird dieses Haus wieder gemietet.

Das Haus liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, ist aber dafür sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider sind in der Hausbeschreibung sind 6 Klimaanlagen aufgelistet, aber es sind nur 5 im Haus. Das Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss hat nur einen Ventilator. Der Pool wir regelmäßig gesäubert und geprüft, sieht sehr professionell aus. Die Kücheneinrichtung,Teller, Tassen und Co. sind etwas knapp berechnet, aber für eine Mahlzeit reicht es . Das Haus ist gemütlich und jeder hat eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Bitte aufpassen gegen 4 Uhr geht der Rasensprenger an, Wäsche nicht vorne hängen lassen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub und kann das Haus nur empfehlen.
