Located in a quiet residential neighborhood featuring a spacious open floor plan with a split bdr design offering privacy for all guests. Mstr suite w king bed. The 2nd & 3rd bdr's can be closed off creating a 2nd suite (full size beds). Kitchen is well equipped & is suitable for preparing the finest meals. Private & covered outdoor living provides 3 seasons of expanded lvg. Located 1/2 mile of both the Boise River & the Foothills. Walk with out crossing any busy streets to groceries & more.

Master suite has king bed. Secondary bedrooms each have full size beds. Hardwood floors throughout except for master and bedroom 3 which both have new carpets as of June 2022.

Parking available inside the 3 car garage, in the driveway and on the street.
