The condo was very clean and all linens were white as new. Everything was like the pictures. We did not have one single problem with the place during our 6 day stay. It is in a very good location. Quick access to I-30 and I-635. The host is very friendly and welcoming and so nice with everything. Easy access to the lake and Bass Pro Shop, a must see. If you have any problems, your host is only a few minutes away or she can get a professional the same day. She is very fair and hospitable. I will return.

The condo was certainly clean and the host was very helpful. It is not really like front, but more near a lake.

Convenient stay by I-30

We stayed here while caring for family in the hospital and it was just what the doctor ordered for a peaceful retreat to charge our batteries every night.

Very clean and spacious condo near marina on Lake Ray Hubbard. Condominium complex seemed a little run down, but unit was great and offered everything we needed. Host was very accommodating. Definitely rent a pontoon and explore the expansive lake!

Lovely spot for a night in

Getting in was so easy, and the place was easy to find. The property manager immediately came out to resolve the one small problem we had. Thanks for a nice stay- this place is great bang for the buck.

The inside was very clean and very nicely decorated- very homey and comfortable! I appreciated the array of dishes and cookware available as we mostly made meals at the condo. Only thing missing is there is not a full set of measuring spoons, but we were able to make due with the 2-3 that were there. The couch setup in the living room was much enjoyed, as well as good hot water for multiple showers and the handheld sprayer was appreciated. As we were packing up to leave, it was raining very hard, so we especially appreciated the covered parking so that we were able to get from the condo to the car without going into the rain! The main thing I wish was better is the outdoor seating on the patio and balcony. Both would need to be cleaned before being used comfortably. Also, we thought there would be six chairs in the dining room and there were only five. We actually only needed four, but thought this might be helpful to point out to others.

The condo is in an older complex. Looked a bit sketchy when we first arrived near dark. But in daylight we could tell just older area. Quiet neighborhood. Pictures were accurate for the inside. We didnt cook so not sure how well kitchen was stocked. A little awkward getting into the condo carrying anything due to jet ski trailer in front of door. Had an issue with loose ladscaping bricks whick caused a twisted ankle but owner had the issue fixed quickly. Owner also responed in about 15 minutes when the door code stopped working. Would consider staying here again if ever get back to Dallas area.

Just the best!

Laura's place was great! She provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay! And the place was very clean! The pool is clean and warm and is only a short walk from the apartment. Laura was readily available to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. The location was my favorite! Among many trees so we got to sit on the porch, drink coffee, and enjoy the squirrels playing in the trees! It was very serene and cozy and Laura is just the best! Thank you again Laura!

Great place to return to the Promised Land aka Texas

We hadn't been back to Texas in several years and the condo was perfect for our family while we visited family. Great location close to several restaurants and shopping 5-15 minutes away depending on traffic. Great communication and short turnaround responses from the host when we had questions. The condo was clean overall although there were a few cobwebs in one of the closets. But overall, it was a great home away from home for a few days and we had a few family members over and they loved the place as well. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dallas.

Good Stay at Marina

The property was clean and as advertized except that the pool was not available. This was apparently the fault of the HOA and not the hosts. The host was very available and quick to respond.I would probably not stay there again as it is 2 stories, and the stairs were a little difficult for me.

Quiet, hidden gem close to big city fun!

Laura was so accommodating and really made our kiddos feel welcomed as well … our stay was complete with a welcome basket of snacks! Everything was wonderful from the coffee bar, the views, board games, and the overall feeling of the neighborhood. As soon as we got in (from a 6 hour car ride with 3 kids under 7) we jetted to the waterside and had the perfect sunset walk near the lake. Wish we had more time to enjoy it. Only about a 20-30 minute drive to the heart of Dallas (Dallas World Aquarium, Medieval Times). Thanks again, Laura! You have a wonderful home!

Property is located right next to the Marina, which is important to us since it is also near our family. Overall, the stay was good, though this condo needs some simple maintenance (particularly plumbing). The outer doors need repair. Also, foam mattress on the second bed (which we also used) are never good. We did like the snacks/coffee provided, the entry process was easy. We recommend you make the house number more visible if possible - it was a bit of a guessing game coming in late at night to find it, although the jet skis parked in the carport were actually helpful from that perspective. Overall, a good, just not great stay. Being fellow VRBO owners, we would encourage the owner to consider a couple of thousand dollars worth of repairs/upgrades to bring this up to a five star property. Thanks.
