Heatwave in Pula

The apartment we stayed was a good size for my family and in good location to able explore other parts of Istria. We had a wonderful time exploring Pula and the surrounding areas and the weather was very hot and my family very much enjoyed the swimming pool. The gentleman who was looking after the apartments was very helpful. The only minor niggle I had was that the air conditioning unit was not robust enough to cool down the whole apartment.

This is a lovely home, garden and pool. Very clean rooms on the upper floor of a 3 level home. We were 2 couples travelling together on a cycling holiday in the area, so the location couldn't have been better. About 20 min walk (5 min cycle) from the central old town, but adjacent to the ring-road and cycling paths that connected to beautiful riding areas to the north, east and south. Was great to have a dip in the pool at the end of the day. The owners (who live on the second floor) were very helpful, but unfortunately when our arrival was delayed due to weather, the booking agency did not communicate our updates to the owners, which would have been helpful.
