The home has recently been renovated and decorated by a published Architect and features original hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, a decorative historic fireplace, brand new appliances, cabinetry, and custom design features and art throughout. The rental has a great layout with a Bedroom and Bath on each level, perfect for privacy within the unit.

The main level of this unit features an open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Area, which is flooded with natural light from the large windows. The Kitchen features brand new appliances including a 5 burner gas range, dishwasher, fridge and a coffee and tea station. Enjoy dining al fresco on the dedicated outdoor dining table on the shared front porch.

The main level Bedroom has vaulted ceilings with a skylight, a large closet with built-ins, a Balcony, and private sink and shower area. There is a Half Bath on the main level close to the entertaining areas. Please note there is a European style Half Bath (sink and shower) in the Bedroom and around the corner there is a separate Half bath with a toilet and sink. The home has a separate private back door Entry for this unit. All doors on the home feature a keyless smart door lock.

The lower level features a Bedroom with an exposed brick wall and walk-out onto a private Patio with a chaise lounge. There is a beautiful full Bath on this level with a bath tub. A garden-level Office is awaiting you with a work station and sitting area. There is an additional fold out desk available should a second work station be needed. The private Laundry has a washer and dryer as well as an iron.

The home has been completely renovated and includes central air and heating. Brand new plumbing and electrical throughout.

This rental apartment is in a historic duplex building with historic wood floors. We asks our guests to be mindful of noise level in the unit as some sound does transmit. We provide sound machines in the bedrooms.

The adjacent 2 Bedroom + Office 2 Bath unit with Laundry may also be available and both sides may combined to accommodate a larger group.

This unit comes with one off street parking space. Additional parking permits may be prearranged with the City. Please contact the Host for more information.

This is a great place to stay! What’s not to love? What you’ll experience: Great location to downtown. Beautiful historic renovation of this home.
