East Butte 19 is a charming home that is perfect for a cozy retreat. This pet-friendly rental has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a private hot tub for relaxing after a day of adventure. It is conveniently located near the Sunriver Village and Sharc aquatic center, so you can easily explore all the area has to offer.



The home has two levels with two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a loft for additional sleeping. The downstairs bedroom features an Olympic queen bed. The upstairs has a king bedroom and an full bathroom that is also accessible from the sleeping loft. The loft includes a full sleeper sofa and a twin bed, plus the full sleeper sofa has a mattress topper for your comfort!

Check in was simple and the house is clean and well equipped! We had 2 adults, 2 teens, 2 kids, and a dog. There was a perfect amount of space and amenities. The hot tub (also very clean) was an added bonus!

Sunny Warm Home in Heart of SR

Our family visits Sunriver once every summer and have stayed in many homes. This was one of our favorites. We loved the location and the layout was perfect for a family of four with the teens getting the upstairs (BR and Loft) all to themselves. Ping pong table and basketball hoop both got plenty of use!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation home has pretty much everything needed for a great experience. They thought of everything. Super clean, instructions for using the spa, fireplace etc., keys clearly marked, extra towels placed conveniently located. There were bikes and scooters in the garage, ping pong table. Pickle ball racquets, an entire closet filled with games and more. Its a great place for a couple or a family as well. Great location too.

Wonderful & relaxing

The only issue we saw was that there was no dog poop bags, and lots of other people's dog poop in the backyard. Other than that, we really enjoyed ourselves and are talking about coming back soon.

Home away from home

The home was clean. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and tools and good quality pots and pans. The livingroom furniture is comfortable. The bedrooms are adequate. There were a few issues. The dryer was out of order so doing laundry was not an option. The downstairs bathtub filled with water when my friends were showering so that needs to be addressed. The bed in the upstairs bedroom is very soft and was rough on my back. If it had been earlier in the summer it would be impossible to sleep due to how hot it gets up there. Even with overnight temps in the high 30s, with the window open all night, with the fan on all night, the room stayed stuffy. Admittedly this was my first time renting a house (we have always stayed in hotels) so I have nothing to compare this to.
