You and your family will enjoy this lovely ocean-view condo with easy access to the resort’s pools, whirlpools, and lazy river, which are all on the same level. Located just north of Myrtle Beach's 'Golden Mile', provides you with an uncrowded beach just a few steps away.

OCEAN-VIEW CONDO:
This spacious residence has many upgrades including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and new flooring throughout the condo to name a few. The unit includes a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living area with 2 tuckaway Murphey cabinet beds, Wi-Fi Internet, cable, a 65" Smart TV, a stackable washer/dryer, and a pool-level terrace with a lovely ocean view. An interior hallway in the condo keeps the bedrooms private and quiet. The condo is located on the same elevated level as the resort’s pools, lazy river, and hot tubs for easy access. From the condo’s terrace, you can watch the sunrise over the ocean as you plan for another relaxing day at the beach.

THE HORIZON AT 77th RESORT:
The condo is in the Horizon at 77th, a fabulous, luxurious, and quiet 4-star resort. Enjoy a relaxing vacation without the crowds; only 143 residences spread over nine levels. The Horizon Resort contains upscale features like air-conditioned interior corridors for your comfort and safety. Elevated outdoor water amenities (heated pool in spring/fall, hot tub, lazy river) provide an unparalleled view of ancient live oaks, giving a canopy to a residential neighborhood. There are also many other features, like an indoor pool and whirlpool, a fitness room with a view of the ocean, and an elevated Skydeck with comfortable lounging chairs and tables. From the moment you arrive, you will notice lush landscaping, plenty of on-site covered parking, and luggage carts to move your belongings. After playing and shopping all day, relax and know that on-site nighttime security will watch over you, the property and your vehicle. And best of all, there is only a short 100-yard walk from The Horizon to the uncrowded beach.

THE GOLDEN MILE
The stretch of Ocean Boulevard that runs from about 31st Avenue N to 52nd Avenue N is nicknamed “The Golden Mile” because this prestigious area is mostly composed of private beachfront homes. The Horizon at 77th being just north of this area means there is less congestion on the beach and roads. This location is centrally located for all that Myrtle Beach offers, so you are just a few minutes from some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment options in Myrtle Beach. Bob and Anne have it all figured out! Communication and comfort in your home away from home. We packed light and everything we needed was already there! Plenty of kitchen accessories, water for showers was always hot, personal bedside fans and enough extra outlets to power all of your electronic needs no matter where you parked yourself! You are within walking distance to dollar general or food lion for anything you might need. And the beach is steps away!! They have the perfect location for everything!! We highly recommend Easy Peasy rentals, because as the name states, they made everything easy peasy!!

The condo looked awesome, it was so comfortable and it was in a perfect location. The short walk to the beach was great and everywhere we wanted to go was within 15 minutes. I would definitely stay there again.

Bob and Anne were the ultimate hosts! The unit was extremely clean and well stocked with most everything you could need for a beach stay. They answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. We will definitely be contacting them for any future trips to myrtle beach!

Great location sooooo close to the beach. Easy parking, easy access to unit. Everything you might need in the condo and for the beach. Great communications from the owners. Lots of helpful information in the unit. Excellent overall experience!

Amazing Hosts

Anne, and Bob were amazing in every way. They helped with every question, so quickly and gave great recommendations in the area. Pictures do no justice of the condo, it is very spacious. They have thought of everything you may need during your stay. We will definitely book again. Short walk to the beach, and in a great neighborhood. Check in/out were made so simple as well.

Well-stocked condo in a great location

Condo owners provided all the necessities and more! Location is as close to the beach as you can get without being oceanfront. Only negative is the master bedroom is against the entrance wall near elevators so isn’t great if you’re a light sleeper. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend the unit.

Girls trip at the horizon

We had a lovely stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back to our hosts again for future trips. I look forward to another adventure staying with Bob and Anne. We loved all the conveniences. Parking, simple check in, kitchen utilities, and beach chairs. Location alone made this trip smooth. I could drive less than a mile to a major grocery store. There were several dining choices in the area as well. Overall, my sister and mom loved the time we spent there.

College Tour and Beach time

We stayed for two nights on a college visit to Coastal Carolina. The condo was clean and offered all the amenities we needed. We loved the convenience of the beach which was just a short walk and visited the pool. Bob and Anne were very quick to respond when contacted and great hosts! There was a grocery store nearby and the area felt safe. It was spring break but the beach was not crowded with people- mostly families with young children. If we return, we will stay here again! Thanks so much for sharing your place!

The condo was more welcoming and comfortable than a hotel with all of the necessary room and amenities. The hosts provided an informational binder with local attraction and restaurant suggestions, which was very handy. The condo is in a great location (close to dining) and we felt quite comfortable walking around at 10:30 at night. "Checking in" and out was very easy and the condo had plenty of parking. The indoor and outdoor pools were easy to access and the beach was only a half block away. The hosts were very responsive, answering all of my questions. I am very thankful for their hospitality and certainly recommend their condo. 5-stars!

Enjoyable vacation

This place had everything we needed for a great vacation. The owners were incredibly easy to correspond with and answer any questions. Since nothing is perfect in life there was a couple minor things. The place was a bit smaller than pictures made it appear. Also the hotel was quite noisy but adjusted to it. On the positive sides location was great. Pool was great. The included extras in the place came in handy. The 2 fold out beds in the cabinets were perfectly usable twins. All beds were nice and towels and linens were of nice quality. Will definitely look to use again in back in Myrtle beach again. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great value, perfect hosts

My family of five just spent four nights at this location and we're very happy with our choice. Some points worth mentioning:1) the owners are friendly and very proactive in terms of communication. Although we didn't have to, I have a very good feeling that if we ran into some sort of emergency situation, they would have been prompt to respond. 2) The condo was a perfect size for our family of five. It was clean and decorated how you'd expect a beach-side vacation home to be. It was also furnished nicely with the kitchen having most of the basics that you would have at home. For the times when we were inside rather than out and about, we found it to be comfortable to lounge around in. Despite being small, we never felt cramped. For the price and with the alternative being a hotel room, I couldn't ever imagine choosing the latter.3) The location couldn't have been any better for us. There is an ocean view from the patio and when you walk outside, you have less than a five minute walk to the beach. Even better is that this part of the beach is much less crowded than other spots. We were always able to set up camp in ideal spots and felt safe leaving our personal belongings unattended while we enjoyed the water. You can also get to a ton of great spots within a fifteen minute drive in any direction from this condo. Tons of great restaurants and shopping were always just down the road. If we ever decide to visit MB again, this place will definitely be top of the list!

Tremendous Condo with Outstanding Service and Value!

My wife and I stayed for a week in late January, early February, 2023 in Myrtle Beach. Bob and Anne recently purchased this condo and went out of their way to refurbish it prior to our stay. This is one of several units at The Horizon that they own and operate. The condo is located in a great location next to the ocean, with all of the major restaurants, retail shopping and Myrtle Beaches’ greatest attractions all very close. First let me say that the condo was very clean and met our needs wonderfully. Not only was the condo well stocked with all of the essentials but also with additional little surprises that you won’t find in many other condos. Bob and Anne go out of their way to ensure that they provide you with the best service possible. They will communicate with you and provide you with all the information you need to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The condo is great but Bob and Anne truly will make the effort it very pleasurable and worry-free. They will do anything and everything they can to make your stay a wonderful experience. Great condo - super close to the beach!

Everything was as described, condo was beautiful. Outdoor pool is literally right outside the back door, some people may not like that, didn’t bother us, but does require you to keep the curtains drawn unless you don’t mind watching the people swim. It was chilly during the evenings so there wasn’t much pool traffic in the evenings and we were busy out and about in Myrtle Beach during the day. The beach is a 1 minute walk. You are right there and can see it from the back door. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, free parking in the garage is a huge plus for anyone wanting beach time! Condo provides large beach and pool towels at no charge-another big plus that you don’t need to pack or buy them. Rate for this condo is awesome for the quality!! They don’t provide a lot of extras supplies, but give you plenty to cover a couple days until you can shop for what you want. There is a Publix about 1/2 mile away. All the cooking equipment is provided, has a toaster, both types of coffee makers, heavy duty blender, washer and dryer, tvs in every room, dishwasher, and my favorite thing we’re the outlets and surge protectors…they were EVERYWHERE!! In the current world, we need plugs for everything, Anne and Bob went above and beyond with outlets! Made it really easy to keep all our stuff charged for our days out in the town. And even enough for my son and all his gadgets. Highly recommend this place. Anne provides the best detailed instructions, right down to which elevator to park near to be closest to the condo.

Bob is a retired chiropractor, and now he is a golf novice, getting lots of practice on the many courses in Myrtle Beach. He would be happy to join you on any golf course. Anne is a retired school social worker and Reiki practitioner. She is actively running the condo rental business (Easy Peasy Rentals), taking breaks to join Bob on the golf course, walking the beach, or going out to local restaurants and entertainment venues, so she knows what to recommend to guests.

We are happy to share one of our beach homes with you. We really believe you will love our condominium. We maintain high quality standards to maximize comfort and safety for all. All of our condos are a VERY SHORT walk (100 yards) to the beach and located just north of the Golden Mile, so beach and car traffic is at a minimum. This is the perfect location to relax and enjoy the salt air. We pride ourselves on making sure that our guests have the most comfortable and enjoyable trip possible.
