Cute little pet-friendly log cabin located in Quaint Steinhatchee. Walking distance to everything, but a golf cart is the way to go.
Enjoy some of the "Old Florida" that is left. Enjoy freshwater & saltwater fishing, scalloping, swimming, etc. Just 10 miles from Hagan's Cove and 17 miles from Keaton, you can enjoy a beach day too.
If being on the water most of the day and coming back to a cozy cabin is what you are looking for, look no more.

Located in the downtown area near the school, water works, grocery store and parade route
Within walking distance of everything, but a golf cart makes it nicer. - We are a golf cart friendly community.
Room for 1 to 2 vehicles and a boat trailer.

Welcome to The Truth Harbors Cabins. My Husband and I have lived in Taylor County, FL our entire lives. We have fished the coastline and can't imagine living anywhere else. We own Steinhatchee Bait and Tackle and I am a Realtor and Property Manager. We love helping folks visit and make some unforgettable memories.

We always encourage everyone that has never been here before to book a charter on day 1, not the last day. On Day 1 you can get a view of the area and the captain will show you around. After that you can take your boat or rent one and have a great time. The worst thing to do is come with the family and try to find everything yourself for 3 days and the family gets frustrated. We want everyone to have a good time.

Why they chose this property
Affordable cabin with room for 5 in downtown Steinhatchee. You can walk anywhere but renting a golf cart from Puddin's Hatch Wagons is the absolute way to see the town. Keep in mind, it is only 3 miles from one end to the other. Take a golf cart ride down Riverside Drive and enjoy all the views including the best sunsets on the Gulf Coast. Just stop by Roy's Restaurant just before sunset and meet the sunset crew. There are several folks that go every day to watch that sunset and you won't want to miss it yourself.
