Small entry with cubbies. • Level 2: Queen bedroom with attached bathroom, double vanity, large closets and covered deck with futon for lounging in the shade. Full size washer/dryer in the hallway. • Level 3: Main living area with large kitchen, dedicated dining area, living room with wood burning fireplace, half bathroom, covered front deck, back deck open to a shared yard space and private gas grill. Large windows provide charming wooded/mountain views and vaulted ceilings with skylights provide plenty of natural light. • Level 4: King bedroom, loft area with two twin beds (has a door but is open to the living area below), shared full bathroom.

Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. • There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided. • Firewood and supplies are provided for the wood burning fireplace.

The unit was clean ans setup nicely for a medium sized group. The kitchen was great for group meals. We utilized the multiple decks quite a bit as well. Will definitely book here again.
Great location. Easy access into downtown Breckenridge for dinner and activities. Very close to head up to Boreas Pass. We even saw a black bear on this trip.
This townhouse is a perfect location close by the resort and downtown. It’s a quick walk to the shuttle as well if you want to shuttle to the resort. The house had everything my family and I needed for our stay in Breckenridge

We loved the place! Perfect location. The VRBO had everything we needed! Good thing we were up for a hike!! The stairs at altitude were a fun challenge!!!
Excellent place for our family (5, including 3 young adults). We ski pretty hard, and the kitchen and living areas were perfect for weary folks after a hard day of skiing. Ours raved about the hot, powerful showers as well. Jesse communicated extremely well throughout the experience!
This unit was a great place ! Tue kitchen is well appointed and we cooked in several meals. The beds were comfy too ! The desks allowed us to get some work in as well . The Free Breck buses allowed us easy access to ski and exploring the area and were super convenient to walk to the bus stop in the neighborhood. Would def come back and Rec to others! 5 stars!
Very nice townhouse. Very clean and cozy with everything we needed. Our only concern was the lack of lighting and signage to find it. We arrived in the dark and couldn't tell which condo it was. If it was lit up with the address visible that would have helpful.
Overall positive and as shown/described. Two negatives - could use more comfortable seating in the living room. And the loft room is not really a suitable bedroom for an adult (and those beds were reportedly not comfortable). Appreciated being able to bring the dogs. I would definitely stay again with fewer people.

Thanks for your review Pebble! Noted on the furniture. This is the first feedback we've received regarding that. It is new furniture so will make sure to try to buy more comfortable items in the future. The loft is not advertised as a bedroom, so I'm sorry if the lack of wall and twin beds didn't suit the adults in our group.
The condo was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, utensils, etc. Jesse was available and responsive. Location was great! Literally only 2 minute drive to town. Private with a beautiful view and a little backyard to enjoy especially with a dog and kids. The only thing to be aware of is the three flights of stairs with luggage especially if you are an over packer like me or you have an elderly person or someone that has disabilities with you. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Breckenridge.

As soon as you checked out we issued the refund. I also texted you back the day after you asked for the cost breakdown, letting you know that we had emailed it to you. I'm sorry that it seems you somehow missed the text and the email.
We always try to be as transparent as possible about any ongoing construction, possible noise, or any other potential disruptions at any of our properties. We were not aware of this issue and never heard any complaints from the 9 night stay directly before your stay or the stay immediately after. I hope you were able to find another location that worked better for your vacation.
