This clean, updated one-bedroom condo has an open floor plan with 3 separate beds, electric fireplace and private deck overlooking lodgepole pines with gas grill. Full kitchen. Two blocks from Peak 8 base and on free shuttle route. Downtown access via the free town bus, long walk or very short drive. Access Cucumber Gulch for hiking at the end of the street. Next door to Nordic center. Private ski locker & TWO unassigned parking spots. Retro ski vibes!

This cozy Breck condo is perfect for an individual, couple or small family. Three separate beds and two parking spaces are unique finds for a one bedroom. The space is fresh and open while the building provides classic ski condo charm. Newly furnished fall of 2020.

SKI ACCESS:

Peak 7 & 8 Ski Access: Walk (15 mins) or bus. There is a bus stop on Ski Hill Rd, just west of Peak 8 Village. Take one stop to the base of Peak 8 or two stops to the base of Peak 7. Free to ride. Go to Breckfreeride .com to find an up-to-date schedule.
To return to the unit: Take the bus from the bottom of Peak 8 (one stop) or Peak 7 (2 stops). Get off at Gold Camp.
To town: From the unit complex, cross Ski Hill Rd to the bus stop on the corner of Ski Hill and 4 O'Clock Run Road

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary basic spices, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.

My son and I were not able to afford to stay at the ski resort so we were looking for the next best thing. Turns out we found the first best thing with this condo. We felt like it was a great deal compared to what we were going to have to pay for a hotel room at the ski resort. The condo is nice and the host Jesse is very responsive. He does a good job reaching out to you prior to your trip and is knowledgeable about the area. He gave us a lot of ski vacation pointers. We were happy with everything before we got there, once we arrive and saw the location we were really happy. In the morning you put on your ski gear, grab your skis and walk 20 seconds up the drive to catch the free shuttle for a 60 second ride to the ski lift. It’s the last stop in the morning on the way to the ski resort and the first stop in the afternoon on the way home from the resort. Total shuttle time for a day of skiing is like 2-3 minutes. Everything at the condo was clean and tidy. Jesse has local information setting out for you like restaurants and things to do. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo but the time we were there it was enjoyable. In fact the last day we were there my son opened the cabinet and was like “Dad, there’s cups in here.
