This beautifully renovated victorian, built in 1910, is located in the heart of the Mapleton Hill historic district. Being at the base of Mt. Sanitas in a quiet neighborhood within a 5 minute walk to the center of the Pearl Street mall, you will be able to enjoy the best of what Boulder has to offer without ever getting in your car. Enjoy a hike up Sanitas Valley or the new Anemone trails, relax on the front porch with a view of the Flatirons, and then stroll down Pearl Street for shopping and fantastic dining. Enjoy the evening on the back patio with the warmth of the gas fire pit.
Inside you will find an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the master has a steam shower. The kitchen has all high end appliances and the dining room table fits 8-10 people.
