Introducing 1362 Shipwatch, a breathtaking 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo boasting lovely renovations, most recently including kitchen, dining area, and master bedroom upgrades in 2023. The two-level oceanfront villa has a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen combination that is perfect for entertaining or family gatherings. It even has a built-in wet bar located just off the kitchen and living area. The large balcony overlooks the ocean and green space in the Shipwatch Villas, a nicely manicured complex in the exclusive, gated Omni Amelia Island Resort community.

Guests will enjoy the property's incredibly convenient location, easy access to the dunes-swept beaches, the Shipwatch complex pool (heated in the winter months), and cookout area for picnicking.

All three bedrooms have full private baths and are located on the downstairs level, offering peace and quiet apart from the main living space for those travelers who like to sleep longer than their loved ones on their beach getaway.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and full attached bathroom with a renovated, walk-in shower. The second bedroom is very similar, providing a second master suite for couples traveling together. It has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and full attached bathroom as well, with a separate vanity for getting ready outside of the water closet with the walk-in shower. For families needing a bathtub, the third bedroom has a tub/shower combination in the attached bathroom and two double beds with a flat-screen TV as well. For your convenience, there is a laundry area on the downstairs level with LG HE washer and dryer.

All fresh bed linens are provided for our guests, along with bath and beach towels. Cable and high-speed WiFi access are complimentary.

Along with access to the Shipwatch pool, guests can also enjoy the miles of walking and biking trails in the Omni Amelia Island Resort, plus the resort spa, boutiques, and dining options located near the shopping village at the resort entrance. Golf is available at many local courses, including Oak Marsh on the marshside.

Please be advised, this property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Resort (formerly known as Amelia Island Plantation) and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities.” The main Omni hotel pool, fitness center, and shuttle service are restricted to club members and their guests. The Racquet Park tennis center allows lessons and clinics to be scheduled, but open play is limited to club members. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities.
