Siesta Key-walk to Crescent Beach, Well-appointed 2BR/2BA condo w/ Pool & Garage
A bright, clean and modern top-floor condo in Paradise Cove, a 14-unit building located on a beautiful, secluded tree-lined street. Property has an elevator and private pool with lounge chairs. Easy walk to restaurants, local shops, grocery store and marina for water sports.
The unit overlooks a beautiful canal surrounded by trees and mangroves. The perfect surrounding to relax and read a book. Comfortably sleeps 4 guests (1 King bedroom and 1 Queen bedroom) with fully stocked kitchen amenities, two TV's with free internet and WIFI. The condo building includes a coined washer and dryer on each floor, and is directly across from our unit for easy access.
Quick walk to USA's #1 beach at either access 12 or 13. Near South end of the key and Stickney Point Road. Our favorite is access 12, because it is close to "Sneaky Tiki" for bathrooms and drinks. Food is awesome there as well
Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a wagon provided for our guests to carry everything you need for a relaxing day on the beach.
Rent a bike and ride two miles to Siesta Key Village or hop on the Siesta Key shuttle to take you to the village where you will enjoy more restaurants, music and local shops.
Unit requires a 28-day rental minimum.
We are excited to share our "Happy Place" with you and are sure you will enjoy it every bit as much as we do!

The condo was beautiful, well equipped and very clean. Towels, beds and furnishings were high end. The only down side is that the pool is not heated.

We are from Maryland, but hold a special place in our hearts for Siesta Key! We are both Ringling College of Art & Design Alumni. Sarasota is a thriving cultural town and has something for everyone. We decided to move closer to family in 1987, but come back and forth often. Our family has been coming to Siesta Key since they were babies. It's so much fun to watch our grandchildren now enjoy it just as much. We like being hosts to share our Happy Place with others!
Why they chose this property
We loved that the condo was close to our favorite access "12" which in our opinion is the prettiest stretch of beach on the key! Our building only has fourteen units and is on a quiet street, but still close enough to walk to shops, restaurants like Spear Fish & Clayton's, both very popular places where locals and visitors like to gather.
What makes this property unique
We care about the comfort of beds and couches when we have rented places, so we made sure to furnish with high end quality mattresses and comfy furniture from Pottery Barn and local Pamara Shop. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can imagine, plus we leave cleaning supplies, trash bags, napkins, paper towels, & toilet paper to get you started!
