This 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom townhome offers the perfect mix of accessibility to shops and restaurants at Kimball Junction with easy access to the ski resorts and a short drive to Main Street. The property offers stunning preserve and Mountain views, yet tucked away from any road noise. A private outdoor patio offers a wonderful location for dining al fresco enjoying the views, and set above and back from the trail for privacy. The open floor plan offers a spacious kitchen, dining and living room centrally located around the gas fireplace, a powder room on the main, and plenty of windows to take in the views! Upstairs you will find a large and airy primary suite complete with jetted tub, shower, double sinks and a walk-in closet. There is an additional bathroom and bedroom that can be furnished as either a king bed or 2 twin beds (please let us know in your reservation what your preferences is.). There is also an extra pull out twin sofa on the loft area (note: this is on the 2nd floor and out in the open.) The home also offers an attached garage Recent upgrades include: fresh paint, LVT flooring, air purification system, and new window treatments installed from PC Blinds. Furnishings from SF Design. High Valley transit offers transportation to the resort and around town and you can walk to many restaurants and shops at Kimball Junction.
