We enjoyed one night before toilet backed up and flooded kitchen. Thankful for the property management in finding us a new place to stay the rest of week.

Garbage had not been removed. Hot tub area was pretty dirty with cig butts and trash on the floor. Furniture in main room was old and not nearly as nice as in the photo.

4th of July Family Reunion
Perfect accommodations for my family over the 4th. Suggestion: my wife and I are seniors. We need grab bars in bathrooms and showers.
We picked this property because it seemed to have a good location and was well priced. It was even better than expected! It was a short walk to Park City Mountain Village and right on the bus route, making it super easy to get to main st. The home had everything we needed. We loved the private hot tub! The pool area for the complex was great as well! We stayed during the summer, but seemed like a great place for the winter too! Great for families or a group of friends!
This is a lovely place close to the lifts. We walked to lift each day in 10 minutes. It is convenient to grocery, bus lines, and ski rental shops.Only issue is that the "Den" with a couch is not a "Den". It is a couch in a hallway right outside the master bedroom door. In fact, you cannot extend the couch without blocking the master bedroom door.
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The kitchen had all the amenities for cooking dinner with some spices, olive oil etc which was very helpful. The fireplace was broken initially but someone promptly fixed it and it worked well. The beds are comfortable and there are lots of pillows. The comforters and blankets could definitely use an upgrade. The biggest issue is that the family room needs to be more inviting. The couch is not particularly comfortable and the chairs are old and stained. It barely seats 4 people. You need a cozy comfortable couch for lounging after a long ski day. The location is good - close to grocery store and about 10 min walk uphill to the slopes.
Excellent, clean, comfortable condo close to everything
Excellent Park City condo on Captain Molly Drive. The condo was so clean, fully stocked with paper supplies, kitchen supplies, blankets, and toiletry/bath items. It's right across from the grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, less than 10 mins walk to the slopes/first time lift, 1 bus stop away from the lifts, right across from golf course where you can cross country ski or go sledding, and 1-2 minute walk to 2 bus stops going in both directions (towards Canyons Village or towards Main Street/Deer Valley). The laundry room is literally right outside the condo, less than 1 min walk and you can use a QR code to pay. The property manager called us the day before to ensure we had the door code and everything we needed and they communicated with us throughout the booking. And check out was super easy, no additional chores were required to check out. Thank you for a smooth, easy process.
