Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay. We came for a tour of Tarleton and the location is perfect. The house was clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay again.

Absolutely the Best!!

Can’t say enough about Bradley and Mel’s hospitality! The place is adorable, decorated nicely and spic and span. It felt like we were house keeping for friends for there is no stone unturned as far as the house being fully stocked with anything you could possibly need.

The house was super cute and charming. It was well maintained, clean, and fully stocked with all the necessary essentials. It was the perfect distance to the university, which was the reason for our visit. The communication with the property owners was on point. They were friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Fantastic place to stay while visiting family over the holidays. It had everything we needed.

The house was clean and well organized. The kitchen was big enough for us to make our breakfast before visiting family for the day. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was really easy and helpful. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Why they chose this property

The Warmer Place was our first home purchase early in our marriage. When we bought it, the hardwood floors were covered with pink carpet. It has charm in spades, we love this house.

What makes this property unique

We love the front porch swing, the walking distance to TSU, and the ample parking space with the long driveway. Our property is also surrounded by some of Stephenvilles most iconic properties.
