World famous restaurant THE SEEKER 3 minutes away.The fully equipped RV offers a perfect home base whether you’re visiting for business, school or leisure. Inside you’ll find: A spacious queen-size bedroom, with a generous dining area: A dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work. A large bathroom. This RV is equipped with an all- seasons insulation package- cool and comfortable in the summer, warm and cozy in the winter. Located next to my homes extended patio, the RV has its own private driveway and entrance for easy, secure access. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies.🍪 Additional amenities include high-speed internet and convenient self-check-in. 💯 throughly cleaned!PLEASE NOTE! Great location in regards to the University

it was very easy to find very easy parking. Clean and cozy exactly what we needed for 10 hours of rest. The chocolate chip cookies were delicious.

Fantastic place to stay

Very clean cozy RV, unbelievably well stocked, Pam has really thought of everything! We stayed for three days and definitely enjoyed having our own little place instead of a typical hotel. We will book the rv again next year when we are in Stephenville.

This is a perfect place to stay. It’s clean, has a great bed and air conditioning. It’s quiet at night for a great nights sleep. It’s easy to get to and has a great place to park. It’s a perfect location for many day trips to surrounding small towns and even Fort Worth.

Great little space

This trailer was very well kept and perfect for a weekend watching our daughter at the College rodeo. We just needed a place to shower and sleep. This was perfect and affordable.

Niece’s graduation at Tarleton

It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. It is located in a neighborhood right beside the owners house. We will be booking again…we have a daughter that will be a freshman at Tarleton this fall!

Wonderful property. Every detail is covered, from snacks to a variety of K-cups, even shaving cream. Good heater for a cold night and even an oil heater left on for us in advance. We parked right in front of the new trailer with delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies waiting for us when we arrived. Wonderful host. Thank you!

Quiet and comfortable!

My teenager and I stayed here and we absolutely loved it! The RV was very comfortable and it was in a very quiet neighborhood. The host, Pam, was very accommodating and really nice! She left some of the best cookies we ever had as a treat. The A/C was really cold and the August heat couldn’t get to us in there. I will 100% be staying here everytime I stay I. Stephenville!

Weekend visit

I was in town visiting my daughter who attends college at Tarleton. We loved the charming little trailer. It was very clean and perfect for my daughter and myself to have a fun "Girls' Weekend" together. I would definitely like to visit again!

Wonderfully cozy!

Camping usually means roughing it. There's no roughing here! Pam offers more luxury then any hotel. Cozy space perfect for visiting the area.

Good stay

Quaint, small fifth wheel. I have never stayed in a fifth wheel before and it was a good stay. Pam had fresh baked cookies for the stay which was a nice touch. It was smaller than I expected but there was good communication from the property owner and would consider staying here again.

Pleasant stay

Nice place to stay in Stephenville at a very reasonable price. We were greeted with yummy homemade cookies. Weather was cold during our visit but trailer stayed nice and warm. I appreciated all the coffee essentials being provided. Thanks for a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back as we travel to the Stephenville area on a regular basis.
