The cozy 50sqm apartment has a tasteful living room with a real wood seating area and a spacious sofa area as well as a large flat-screen cable TV. From the living room and bedroom you can enjoy the large and bright south-facing balcony with a view of the events of the cape adventure mountain and the bobsleigh run. This offers you an oasis of calm in the middle of the tourist hustle and bustle. The high-quality kitchenette with a small sideboard is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, hob with ceramic hob, extractor hood and a dishwasher. A design set of coffee machine, kettle and toaster complete the equipment. The modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower. You can dry the towels on the hot towel. A free, lockable garage directly in front of the house keeps your car dry in wind and weather. You can also store your ski and sports equipment here. Our apartment is at ground level and barrier-free.
