The villa is securely located on a hill, in walk-distance from the beautiful Pra Ae beach and has a stunning sea view with sunset. The location on the west coast in the middle of the island is ideal as you can quickly reach Saladan Town, OldTown as well as the National Park in the south.

It offers modern style on 2 levels with 2 separate flats, large salt water infinity pool, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with king size beds, 4 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens with a dishwasher, 2 living rooms with air-con, SmartTV and high-speed internet.

Both flats are designed in the same way overlooking the open space and offer stunning sea and sunset views. 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms, fully equipped with king size beds, wardrobes and drawers. There are two bedrooms in the lower flat and two bedrooms in the upper flat.

Both flats have a master bedroom at the front with king size bed, sunset sea view and en-suite bathroom.

The master bedroom of the lower flat has access to the pool, the master bedroom of the upper flat has access to the spacious terrace.

The other 2 bedrooms are located at the back of the villa, one in the lower and upper flat. Both offer garden views.

Two guest WC / showers are separate and accessible from the living room.
All bathrooms have hand and rain showers, a modern sink and tastefully tiled toilets. The master bedroom of the upper flat has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub with a large window overlooking the sea and garden!

Both flats are air-conditioned and have a fully furnished open plan living room with sofa, stereo and large flat screen smart TV. The dining areas are equipped with dining table, 4 chairs and all necessary crockery and cookware.

Two modern, fully-equipped American kitchens in both flats are located against one wall and include a large fridge with ice cube maker, an oven, gas hob, kettle, blender, toaster. We do have a full automatic coffee machine and an Italian espresso coffee machine.

The villa is completely enclosed with floor-to-ceiling sliding windows and doors, offering spectacular views from inside the complex. Each flat also has its own washing machine.

Electricity costs are charged exactly between check-in and check-out for 10 baht per kilowatt hour.

Both flats are 98sqm with the same interior design. The only difference is that the top floor has a huge 60sqm private terrace that runs the length of the villa. It is a quiet retreat and a great place to enjoy the afternoon sun and take in the stunning views and sunsets.
