Family friendly villa with private garden, jacuzzi

Casa Bellavista is located in Coconut Bay, a quiet and cozy development on the beautiful West coast of Koh Lanta which includes a private and secluded sandy beach, a large swimming pool and a popular on-site restaurant.

Our beach retreat is a large 3-storey house of over 220 square meters (2,400 square feet), with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a small private garden and a private Jacuzzi, and is ideal for families or a group of friends.

Floor 1 is a very spacious and bright open plan design that includes a high-spec western standard kitchen (with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, expresso machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and blender), a dining area, a sitting area (with TV, DVD player, and bluetooth sound system), and a toilet.

Two of the bedrooms are on floor 2, and share a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. The front bedroom has a king bed and a large sea view terrace. The back bedroom is the perfect children room, with a bunk bed and a sofa bed, with views of the hills and lush forest.

The master bedroom is on floor 3 and has a king bed, a day bed, a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a great view of the hills and forest on the back, and a large see view terrace of over 30 square meters (320 square feet) with stunning views of the Andaman sea.

Air conditioning is available in every room including the living and dining room. Washing machine, iron, ironing board and hoover are also provided.

The private garden includes a large covered decking with a rattan sofa and loungers, an outdoor dining table, a Jacuzzi, and a green area on the front with a lawn and plants.
Coconut Bay's beautiful private beach is only 50 meters away from the house.
In addition, positioned near popular Klong Nin Beach, in the middle of the west coast, Coconut Bay is perfectly located close enough to the amenities of the northern part of Koh Lanta but within easy reach of some of the island's best beaches. Many of the top restaurants in Koh Lanta from TripAdvisor are within walking distance from the house.

Hidden Gem on Koh Lanta's West Coast!

Casa Bellavista is a slice of paradise on the West coast of Koh Lanta. If you're looking for a spacious, well-appointed home with private comforts and easy access to a secluded beach and a fantastic pool, this is THE place to be. Our stay was beyond memorable, and we're already planning our return!

Wonderful and relaxing stay!

Casa Bellavista is a very large house, with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, a very big and very well equipped open kitchen and dining area, and a sitting area full of light that opens on the covered terrace, where there is also a large jacuzzi (good for 5-6 people!) and a small private garden. It’s only a few steps from the big shared pool and private beach. The property is not in the middle of the chaotic main beach, which is something we wanted to avoid in fact, but nevertheless there are 2 wonderful restaurants just out of the gate, and only 10 minutes walk will get you to a popular large beach full of restaurants! Definitely recommended!

När vi kontaktade husägaren så valda han att inte svara på våra klagomål på 2veckor. Sammanfattning från oss är att INTE hyra detta hus och framförallt inte av husvärden Marco. 2 mycket besvikna familjer!

Lovely Villa; extremely well equipped in terms of cooking items; crockery and glassware etc. The owner Marco responds very quickly to any requests for information and is extremely helpful. The agent Nick is also very responsive and helpful. There were a couple of issues - which can happen in any villa. The positive from those issues were that they were resolved efficiently. We would be more than happy to stay at this villa again. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend.

What a gem!

We loved every minute of our stay here, as even if it was low season and the weather was far from perfect, the house is big enough and designed in a way to provide lots of shelter from the rain, so we could still eat outdoors, play outside and enjoy the jacuzzi even with bad weather. We loved the little garden, the privacy of the villa, and yet its proximity to the stunning private beach and all the restaurants in nearby Klong Nin beach - which you can reach with a 15-20 min walk, although we would recommend renting a scooter or a car to enjoy the whole island (which is quite big!). The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities plus some more (such as an Italian espresso machine, dishwasher, proper full kitchen with oven, plenty of cooking utensils, etc)! It's clear that this is not just a holiday rental with just the minimum amenities to get you by, but that it was designed to be used by the owners, which gives it a hedge over other similar rentals on the island. We would definitely recommend it, and we'll want to be back during our next visit to Ko Lanta!

A spacious house in an Idillic location with a private beach

We had a wonderful stay for 5 days, enjoying the on site swimming pool and the secluded beach. The house has all the facilities you could need on holiday and the sunset views are awesome. The on site management were really helpful when it came to local information and booking trips/ transfers and even moped hire. Lots of excellent local restaurants within easy walking distance. We hired a moped for a few days and covered the whole island from this great central location.
