The lush landscaping, wildlife and pool amenities made this home a relaxing retreat for our family. The house decor common areas and Simon allowed for fun get togethers. Host handled some issues promptly and with courtesy. AC went out once and stovetop developed a short. Both were repaired immediately. The pool requires regular skimming and vacuuming due to plush landscaping which we did daily.

House was beautiful, clean and had many little extras that was huge bonus! Laundry detergent pods, ziplock bags , tin foil and a kitchen stocked with spices for all cooking needs. All the pots and pans needed and even some Tupperware. Heated Pool and hot tub was amazing. ( only exception was that the hot tub drained low in the evening, still useable , but was a slight disappointment). I would add a couple small extra house blankets / throws for future guests. But overall quite happy with our stay and would definitely rebook !

A great stay!

The house was lovely! The weather wasn’t the best for using the pool but had a great time just enjoying the sunshine in the outdoor area! The fresh flowers were such a sweet surprise!

Nice Stay!

The house is on a very quiet cul-de-sac street and close to everything. We really enjoyed the peaceful yard and used the pool, hot tub and grill everyday. The house was very clean, updated and comfortable. We had a really nice time and would stay again!

Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, outside area is a sanctuary- peaceful and private. Only minor issue was communication on jacuzzi, but the owner was responsive. Great location!

Amazing home

Our family of 5 (3 children under 6) stayed for 5 nights and the entire family loved it. The entire property was extremely clean. The pool was spotless and warm and the entire back yard area was the perfect oasis. None of us were ready to leave but we will definitely be back.

Very Nice House with Pool

House is gorgeous, lots of room, backyard is lovely. Everything was clean and well kept. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wish there was more outdoor seating for meals but we managed. Location is good. Would recommend.

Having the furnace we could adjust the heat was helpful, as there were a few chilly nights. VERY quiet neighborhood. Overall would return to the same house.

Florida Vacation

This location was clean and neat. The neighbors were nice and didn't mind that we made a little noise while being in the pool. This location was very close to several different stores and was easy to get to. The check in and check out was simple and easy. I would recommend this location to anybody going to Florida and staying in the St. Petersburg area.

Perfect place for our vacation

This property was exactly as advertised. The rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the backyard and pool were a true oasis. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The location was great for us to easily get to the places we wanted to visit, including Fort DeSoto, Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. Communication with the property manager was very quick and easy. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in the area!

Beautiful Escape

We loved this house! It was as nice or nicer than the photos in every respect. We would definitely stay here again. The only problem we had (and it ended up not being a problem) was that the pack n play for our toddler was missing when we arrived but we contacted the property manager and everything was straightened out before bedtime. The pool was clean and great to spend time in and the yard was well maintained. It is also walking distance from a playground which was great for our family.

The property was clean and looked the same as the online listing. Convenient to downtown St Pete

The house was nice and had plenty of space for everyone. The backyard included a built in grilling station and smoker. We didn’t use them but it would be great if you wanted to just hang out by the pool all day and then grill out later. The beds were all comfortable and had plenty of extra bedding in the closets. Overall we had a great stay and would stay at this house again in the future.
