Luxury Beach Condo: hot tub, AC, long term stays
You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beach condo. Located between HWY 101 and Neptune; walk to the beach, restaurants, local galleries', ice cream shop and wine bar. One mile from downtown Encinitas with more bustling shops, a full service beach with playground and restrooms. A 15 minute drive to Legoland and the famous Carlsbad Flower field. The zoo is about 40 minutes away. Condo provides a peaceful pool/ jacuzzi and BBQ for all your grilling needs.
The space
A calm, clean and cool escape from the hustle and bustle of beach life. We purchased this unit in 2013 and did a complete renovation. In 2022 we added mini-splint air conditioning as well as new fans, dishwasher, shower glass and shower heads. This highly desirable area of Leucadia/ Encinitas is the perfect place to visit for work or pleasure. The condo has two bedrooms (King and Queen) as well as a queen pullout couch in the living room. The entire unit has tile floors, quartzite countertops, and a well stocked kitchen.

We have owned this property since 2013 and rented in the community before that. We now live in Texas and rent out the beach condo when we are not in town to use it.

It is in the BEST location! It is one block to the ocean, west of HWY 101 and near dining, bars, local shops and ice cream!
