Modern Barndominium on 16 Acres in Sugar Creek WI

Our modern barndominium home sits on 16 acres of land and includes a few walking trails, heated salt water pool & hot tub, game room, gym and plenty of room to entertain or just escape. Bunk room sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 Queen and 2 Double beds. One Primary Bedroom has an Alaskan King. The other bedrooms have a King, California King and Queen beds. There is a sleeper sofa in our upstairs Den. We're cloe to Lauderdale & Wandewega Lakes and about 15 minutes from Lake Geneva & Alpine Valley.

-Central AC & Radiant floor heat across first floor and furnace

-Built-in Sonos sound system throughout the property (inside and outside), controlled via streaming or the Sonos mobile app

HOUSE RULES (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING):
* This is not a party house. Please book elsewhere if you can’t be respectful while having fun.
* Absolutely no glitter or confetti anywhere in or around the entire property.
* No unauthorized guests. Only the reserved guests at the time of booking are allowed on the property at any given time during your stay; this includes daytime and overnight guests.
* No music or loud noise outside during quiet hours (10:00PM- 8:00AM)
* Security cameras are to be left on at all times. They are for security purposes only and are only checked if an incident occurs.
* No unauthorized weddings or events and no commercial or location-based photo/video shoot of any kind. (See other things to note for more details below)
* Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. We are on a septic system.
* No unauthorized pets or animals.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
For security and liability purposes, there are security cameras located outside of the house (there are no cameras inside the house whatsoever)—this is a requirement mandated by our insurance provider due to the pool/spa, trampoline and fire pit. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us and will be respected—we do not actively check the cameras and assure you the cameras are not monitored during your stay. Camera footage is only reviewed if an incident occurs.

LIABILITY WAIVER:
By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using the pool, hot tub, trampoline, hiking and climbing anywhere on the property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using the pool, hot tub, trampoline and hiking and/or climbing. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold owner harmless.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire property, excluding the garage, pantry closet in kitchen and upstairs owner's closet.

Other things to note

★ Sleeping Arrangements: The Sugar Barn can comfortably sleep up to 18 guests in beds (the primary bedroom contains an Alaskan King bed, The bunkroom has 2 Queen and 2 Full beds, One upstairs guest room has a Queen and the other has a California King and the 1st floor bedroom has a King) Given the ample outdoor space, we can accommodate larger groups and have chosen to give potential guests the option to include up to 22 guests in their booking. A pull-out couch on the 2nd floor and a queen air mattress and bedding are supplied for up to 4 additional guests.

★ Photoshoots & Special Events: if you'd like to use the Sugar Barn for a photo shoot or special event, let us know before booking as specific rules and fees apply. Unauthorized shoots/events are not permitted.

★ Wildlife: expect to encounter wildlife during your stay—rabbits, turkeys and deer are all commonly sighted. While we have yet to personally see any, coyote are known to inhabit the area, so please be mindful of potential encounters and maintain a safe distance if you do. We also have an active Honey Bee FlowHive on site, so please use caution around the hive.
