Most houses in Lake Geneva are not licensed to rent for weekends as a Vacation Rental so do yourself a favor and ask the owner if they are licensed as a Vacation Rental (Not a Bed & Breakfast....At a Bed & Breakfast, the owner has to live in the house with you during your stay), ask for the address and verify with the City of Lake Geneva, you'll be glad you did, call the Building Inspector. No worries at this property, we are fully licensed as a Vacation Rental so you will have privacy without the owner living in the house with you during your stay.

The address is 512 S. Wells St., Lake Geneva, WI. We have hosted many bachelorette and bachelor parties, family reunions, book clubs, church retreats, and golf outings. We rent on a short term basis, minimum 2 nights but sometimes 1 night is possible, please inquiry. This is a real business in the City of Lake Geneva. We have a business license under my legal name "Anthony Scalzitti", you can call the City of Lake Geneva business department to verify if needed. We are regulated by the City of Lake Geneva and the Wisconsin Dept of Public Health. This is a licensed and legal short term vacation rental! No worries about complaints from neighbors about being a little loud, you are allowed to have fun here. And we have plenty of parking.
Being a resort destination, I cannot automatically accept a Sat as a check-in, check-out date without paying the weekend rate. Special arrangements can be made so please call or email first.

Landscaped property with plenty of room to spread out. 4 Bedroom 4 Bath house sleeps 13 in beds and 2 on the couch. Cottage sleeps 4 in beds, one on couch 1 Bath. The cottage sits it the back of the property 150 feet from the house with good separation for privacy, the cottage has its own separate driveway also.

4 Bedroom house has a fully equipped kitchen. King bedroom on first floor with 3 bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has its own private full bath and the cottage has one full bath. Air-conditioning in both places.

House has 1 King bed, 5 Queens and 2 twin beds. Cottage has 2 Queen beds and a newer small sectional.

Enjoy the covered front porch of the house or the private outdoor patio. You can gather on large lawn to play games or enjoy the big back yard. Plenty of room to play bags, catch, or even a mini-football game!

We provide all linens, blankets, pillows and towels for bathrooms. The house has WIFI. The house and cottage both have cable TV and DVD players. Can park 15 cars and still have room for a boat or trailer. Houses have lockboxes with a backup key, please call or text, codes are changed for safety.

Guests can walk to the lakefront, beach, shopping, dining and all of Lake Geneva's attractions. House and cottage are great for group lodging, large family reunions, bachelor and bachelorette parties. Sorry no pets.

The property is a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors in a clean and safe environment. So bring the family and friends and enjoy yourself. Sorry no prom parties or pets because so many people have allergies today and we like to advertise a pet-free home, we hope everyone understands.

Use of fireplace will result in loss of security deposit. Fireplace is locked and cannot be used.

Awesome property! Great for a large group. Had so much fun here with extended family. Lake Geneva a picturesque town- lake and city charming. Location of this house is great. Had just an overall perfect stay-beware of parking in town. I received a ticket for being parked on the white line.

The location of this house is amazing. We didn't move our cars once the entire stay. Everyone had a great time and we definitely would stay again. The property manager was very responsive to everything we needed. Thank you!!

From the time we walked in till the the time we checked out, it was an amazing experience. All the essentials were there for us to make lunch and breakfast and even dinner if we wanted to. Yard, the neighborhood, the walk to town, it all was very conducive to our weekend vacation. Communication between me and the host was impeccable. We loved it so much, we decided to call it our “Go To” for our annual May family vacation spot! I couldn’t recommend this home more! Thank you for everything Samantha, you went above and beyond!

Great location and space for a big group!

We stayed for a long weekend for a family reunion with a group of 15 adults. It was a perfect, walkable location to the lake and downtown Lake Geneva. The house itself was good with the bedroom spaces. The kitchen was well stocked. The dining room table great for lots of us and room to play games and chat. The outdoor deck had lots of tables and chairs. The yard was good for playing games too. Although the outside is way overgrown and could use some cleaning up! The cottage was nice to have room for one family. Plenty of parking-we had 7 cars from us all coming from different places. It's a good place for a large group. Could use some upkeep on the outside, especially the stairs to the deck and door to the outside. Otherwise, we had a great time seeing family we hadn't seen for a few years.

This is a really comfortable house

We had 20 family members staying in the house and cottage over the course of a week and a half and found this to be a place where all 4 generations were comfortable. We ate most of our meals at home, so having a good kitchen was essential. We found everything we needed in this kitchen and the large island was a great place to put out food and let the crowds serve themselves. But the favorite place of all was the front porch. There were people out on the porch reading, chatting and watching the world go by all day long. This is an older house, with lots of quirks, which we found charming. Finally, the owner and the caretaker were super responsive to every request and inquiry that we made. We loved it and an hardly wait to go back. P.S. The house is only 2 blocks from the Lake so we could be there anytime we wanted to, but then escape the crowds in our quiet neighborhood the rest of the time.

Good stay

Overall this property is pretty good. Not the cleanest place I’ve stayed. Had to clean the patio and porch prior to using them. There were 19 of us and it was a bit crowded. One of the “sleeping” areas was a double futon in the hallway on the way to the bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked and nice as was the dining room and living room. We really enjoyed the patio area and had most all meals there. Nice fire pit with wood were a treat. Laundry facilities would have been nice but I knew going in there would be none. Kid friendly place especially the great yard. Yard was very overgrown and that helped with privacy and road noise but beware of poison ivy!! Cottage was great. Lake, park and downtown a very short walk. Tony was a great host. Always responded in a timely manner when I had questions prior to our trip. Didn’t need to talk to him while we were there but I’m sure he would have been great!

Perfect for a family get together

In my family, we like to have what we call "cousins get togethers" so that as adults we remain as close as we were as kids. There were six couples on this trip, and it was the perfect size. Four couples stayed in the house, and two couples stayed in the cottage. We spent most of our time in the living/dining area of the house. There was plenty of room for all of us to eat together at the dining room table. Lots of seating in the living area, so we could all hang out and play games. We also did an escape room, some shopping, and went to see the Tristan Crist magic show, all of which were within a five minute drive from the house. We didn't get to do much outdoors, as it was a cold winter weekend, but the house is just minutes from the lake, where we saw lots of people ice fishing. The location is prime. This is an old house, so it's not fancy, although the kitchen is updated. We didn't need all the bells and whistles, as we just wanted a place where we could all fit and enjoy each other's company. We did notice a lot of cobwebs, which isn't a big deal to us at all. But if that kind of thing freaks you out, you may need to ask that it's taken care of. Owner was available by phone while we were there, although I only texted when we arrived and when we left. We had a great time, and would definitely stay here again!

There were 10 of my friends on a girls trip. None of us have ever been to Lake Geneva before. We had a wonderful time. This house was perfect for us. There were plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms for all of us. We have stayed in other VRBOs and this one definitely met our expectations. It was stocked very well for the us. It was within an easy walk to the downtown area. The short walk to the lake was beautiful. Some of us even enjoyed walking along the lake path to view a few of the mansions. This host is and was very helpful.

Great property! We were a group of around 10 adults and 3 kids doing a "friends reunion" here. The location is ideal: it's a 5 minute walk to a park and the edge of the lake and a 15 minute walk to the main downtown area. We really liked the back patio area for hanging out, in addition to the main living room/kitchen.The house was generally clean and suited our needs well. The mix of different bedroom configurations worked well for our group.Excellent and responsive property management. One of the kids on our trip left their favorite blanket at the property and the management mailed it to back to us!Everyone had a great time and we will definitely stay here again if we come back to Lake Geneva!

Great choice, clean and close

Great place to stay near downtown lake Geneva, plenty of space for a big group. It was clean and well kept and the hosts made it clear they were ready to help if needed.
