Great place for a short stay

The casita was well appointed very clean and perfect for a quick trip. Also nice that there is a parking space if you did have a vehicle with you. Overall a great place for a short stay!

Perfect for our needs

We basically just needed a place to sleep and shower. We were there for a wedding and were busy with wedding stuff most of the time. The place was comfortable and clean. The owner was very easy to get a hold of. We would stay there again.

Cute and Quiet Casita

Clean and quiet, a perfect little place to retreat to while I was in Chandler for a comedy festival. If you’re a walker, there’s an excellent coffee place that’s a nice 10 minute walk. Having the washer and dryer was a life saver. 10 outta 10!

Perfect lodging for my purposes. Very clean, quiet and safe. The washer and dryer were a big plus. The hosts were extremely pleasant and responsive to any issues that I had which were few. The dedicated parking spot was very convenient and close to the casita.

Property is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Clean and cozy. Would have liked the shower head lower so I could reach it as I am very short. Also would have liked the shower hot water a tad warmer (but that's just me). I felt safe and secure since I was unfamiliar with the area.

Thank you so much for letting my son and I stay on your property! It was a cute little space. I think for how lovely everything was (appliances, cabinet finishes, counter, etc), the pillows and towels weren’t of the same caliber. I’m not picky and it was totally fine for me, I just worked at a hotel for years and wanted to give you honest feedback for others as well 😊 Take care!

Not what I expected

Did not have Wi-Fi access. Quarters were in the back of a garage - may want to let people know that to set expectations. They had done a good job of creating the space inside but the area was a bit of a construction zone outside when I arrived. Suggest - grab bar in bathtub, chair to sit at table in kitchen, eliminate the overpowering room “freshener”. Could benefit from upgrading the linens (Dollar Store quality is below expectations)

Hi Shirley! We are sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. We do have wifi, I wish you would have reached out if you had questions on how to hook up to it but we have free guest wifi. As far as being on the back of a garage.. my house is also attached to a garage so I guess I just don’t understand what’s wrong or odd about that but we do have photos showing the garage and the walkway which I thought made it clear but thank you for letting us know and I have updated listing to make sure it is a bit more clear. I’m not sure if you can reply back but if so could you tell me why being attached to a garage is a negative thing? As far as the construction zone.. I apologize we were having a tree planted in our backyard and we were trying to finish prior to your arrival however you arrived right as we had hauled the last of the dirt away. I will make note of the grab bar fresheners for future reference and we do have chairs for the tables (once again but think my photos weren’t clear enough) but we use them next to the couch to keep them out of the way and as a nice side table but when you pull the table out you would use those. (I was just trying to offer everything while accommodating the space). I don’t believe the dollar store sells linens but dually noted we have purchased some additional comforters and linens. Thank you for the feedback and we apologize for all of the misunderstandings.
