1st-floor unit of duplex with 3 bedrooms, spacious living room, bathroom, & kitchen.
Everything is NEW. New oven, dishwasher, and full bathroom. Centrally located in Brant Beach, you will be just 2 short blocks back from the beach, steps to the bay!
It is a 3 bedroom unit. The unit is fully fitted and furnished with everything you need for a fantastic vacation.
We provide beach badges, beach gear, kayaks, board games, and books. For the little ones, there is a pack-play, strollers, and high chairs available
Smart TV's in ALL rooms with fast Wi-Fi for all your streaming needs.
The house gets an amazing breeze but also has central air conditioning.
We are located in family-friendly Beach Haven Crest . This quiet area offers close proximity to the bay to watch the sunset and is only 2 blocks from the beach. There is a traffic light at the end of the street, which makes crossing the boulevard safe and easy. We are located right down the street from the Bayview Park beach & playground. This has a children's play area and a lovely bay beach, calm water, and offers stand-up paddleboard and surf lessons. It is close to tennis, basketball, pickleball, the Brant Beach Yacht Club, and various watersports.
Restaurants, ice-cream shops, shopping, rides, and the famous Thundering Surf Waterpark are just minutes away from this ideal location.
It is a short drive to Beach Haven for bars and nightlife, with lots of live entertainment.
Upstairs of a duplex is what is being rented with a separate entrance. You have your own deck with ample space and outdoor furniture. You also share the huge backyard, also containing lots of outside furniture and grills.
Quilts and pillows will be supplied, you will need to bring your own linens
