Kitchen (4 hot plates, mini-oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Heating. Balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (1 car). Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm.

Urige Unterkunft mit schönem Ausblick

Altes Haus mit 2 Appartement übereinander, sehr hellhörig, ist echt unangenehm wenn man im Bett liegt und über dir einer auf die Toilette geht… Warmwasser zum Duschen ist nur für die ersten 4 Personen, die anderen müssen am nächsten Tag in der früh duschen, ärgerlichen. Das Warmwasseraufbereitung dauert seeeehr lange! Möbel entsprechen nicht den Bildern, Esstisch sehr wackelig und die Stühle sehr ungemütlich. Sofa oder ähnliches nicht vorhanden. Geselliges miteinander eher sehr unbequem!

Très déçus, les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité, appartement dans "son jus", dégradé, prises de courant dans les chambres déglinguées, mauvaise odeur persistante, propreté général à revoir et j'en passe. Bon courage pour le stationnement en bas de la location et l'accès. Dommage car très bien situé pour toutes les magnifiques balades à faire dans la région.

Nous sommes heureux d'apprendre que vous avez aimé l'emplacement de l'appartement. Concernant le soucis de propreté et d'odeurs, les équipes en charge du ménage ont été informées, elles feront désormais plus attention afin d'éviter cette déception aux futurs locataires.

Réservation de 2 jours pour séjour ski.

Appartement spacieux, places de parking devant la maison, bonne situation à 3km de St Gervais. Propreté laissant à désirer : ménage apparemment pas effectué à notre arrivée (tâches de café sur la table). Odeurs d' égouts dans la cuisine. Pas de possibilité de gérer le chauffage trop juste, pas d' eau chaude à l' heure de la douche en présence de locataires dans le 2 ème appartement. Matériel vétuste (balai cassé, portes de placards endommagées, pas de ventilation à la salle de bains). Dommage, car quelques corrections pourraient rendre cette location très agréable.
