The indoor spaces are completely updated.
The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other providing a large space to spend quality time with family and friends.
Stretch out on a spacious modern couch in the living room, relax by the gas fireplace that adds to the warm ambience or watch a movie on the wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV.
Enjoy cooking in the well-equipped modern kitchen. The kitchen includes everything you need from cookware to brand-new dishware and wine cooler. The center island provides plenty of prep space, as well as seating for four.
There is also a washer and dryer in the garage for your convenience.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home includes three bedrooms that sleep six total and two bathrooms. The bathrooms are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities including shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and body lotion.
All bedrooms feature ample storage.
The large master bedroom boasts a king size bed, its gorgeous en-suite master bathroom offers a large walk-in shower. The garden is accessible through the bedroom sliding doors.
A second bedroom holds a queen size bed, chairs and a small desk.
The third bedroom features a queen size bed and a large desk is available if unfortunately you need to bring work with you.
The second and third bedrooms share a modern bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower.
Both guest bedrooms have access to their own patio.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Enjoy spectacular views of the San Jacinto Mountains and the magical desert vibe.
The backyard itself is spacious and well-planned with lots of different gathering places. It is walled-in and gated for privacy.
Beautiful private swimming saltwater pool with its inground hot tub.
An outdoor table provides seating for eight. Multiple lounging areas in the backyard as well as in front yard offer space for relaxation and gathering with family and friends.

THINGS TO KNOW
Maximum overnight occupancy is 6; Maximum daytime occupancy is 9.
Parking notes: Parking is allowed on the street and in the driveway. There should be no more than 3 cars, per city restrictions.
Security camera details: Ring Doorbell on the front door.
Utilities: Guests are only responsible for the gas bill at the end of the stay. Note that it costs about $150 a day to heat the pool.
"Pre-approved", well-behaved small dogs (no more than 2) are welcome for an additional fee of $250 for the duration of the stay. No cats or birds allowed.
Recommended air conditioner temp is 76 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.
