The 2000 sq ft house is located in a very quiet and green neighborhood with the iconic palms, and a great many mid-century architectural gems you would enjoy exploring. It has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, grill, reading areas, office desk and a large den. There is a 55" Smart HDTV with Netflix, Amazon Prime (with HBO, HULU) accounts you can use (please let us know if you downloaded any paid movies or series). There is a blue tooth record player, Nespresso coffee machine with a frother, a juicer (in season there are plenty of oranges and grapefruits in the backyard), stainless steel appliances, blender, and toaster.

The house is designed to provide a sense of peace and tranquility and is not conducive for parties and events. There are original sculptures, fine art pieces, and autographed prints adorning the walls for the house.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed positioned right in front of sliding doors that open to the pool with mountain views, there is a dresser and a wall-to-wall mirror closet. Attached to the master suite is a spacious bathroom with large shower and double sink. It leads to the adjacent room with a queen-sized bed, wall-to-wall mirror closet and a cabinet. The third room is located at the end of the corridor next to the second bathroom (with a tub). It has a queen-sized bed with views to the mountain and front yard as well as a wall-to-wall mirror closet and a cabinet.
The sheep-skins and cow rug are faux-leather as in...not real animals for the Vegans among you.
I recently converted the pool to Ultraviolet pool systems which is eco-friendly. In fact, these pools are most environmentally friendly way available to sanitize pool or spa. UV does not produce any bi-products and allows to reduce chlorine levels up to 90%.

Minimum 3 nights.

The City of Palm Springs does not permit ANY amplified music outdoor, that includes portable speakers or any other devices. The city actually has vans cruising the streets with decibel-meters giving heavy fines (500$). Quite time is between 10pm-8am.

The City of Palm Springs does not allow more than 6 renters for a 3-bedroom house.

No smoking indoors

Maximum 6 people in the house at a time.

There is an extra fee of 40$ a day for heating the Jacuzzi as gas in Southern California is super expensive. Heating pool + Jacuzzi is 80$ a day.

There is a 100$ extra for pets as the cleaning crew have to work a bit harder.

Everyone who stays in the house must be 25 years or older unless the parents of the guests under 25 are staying at the house also. The person whose name is on the reservation (considered the responsible party) must be present at the time of check-in and produce valid ID to confirm age.*

Guests must sign a Rental Agreement and City Regulations per the City of Palm Springs and a rental form.

Parking: There is a garage for 2 cars and street parking but the City of Palm Spring allows only 3 cars for a 3-bedroom rental.

*We meet every guest at the door. If you do not meet the age requirements stipulated on our house rules, we will cancel your reservation and you will not receive a refund.
