Our apartment has been freshly renovated, modernized and completely refurbished, it is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 2 people.
We have paid particular attention to relaxation and a feel-good effect.
The one-room apartment offers everything you need to relax and is equipped with stone pine so that you can really relax (stone pine scent has a relaxing and calming effect and saves the human heart about 1 hour of work per night).
When you step through the front door you will be greeted by the scent of Swiss stone pine in the warm light.
To your right you will find the bathroom and toilet that we have designed in a special atmosphere.
On the left you will find a large walk-in and illuminated rain shower with 4 different shower types, many different lighting scenarios and above all a lot of space.
Straight ahead you enter the main room.
Here you will find a modern kitchen that is equipped with everything you need, including a dining table and chairs.
A comfortable sofa set for cozy evenings around the fireplace, a large modern LED flat screen and a cozy fireplace.
The sleeping area consists of an oversized stone pine bed with a length of 2.10 m and a width of 1.80 m and also offers space for long legs. If necessary, the beds can also be separated and used as single beds.

In all rooms we have installed numerous lighting sources with which you can create the right atmosphere yourself, depending on your mood and needs.

The apartment is quiet and yet centrally located, the center can be easily reached in 10 minutes on foot, the nearest supermarket is only a few minutes on foot, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
The ski and guest bus as well as the valley station of the Karwendelbahn can also be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
The long-distance bus is an alternative way of arriving by bus and train.
