You spend your holiday in a 4 star Non smoking apartment in the district of Garmisch, with uninterrupted views of the Wank and the Zugspitze.

The apartment offers a comfortable for 2 people, absolutely quiet atmosphere during your stay.
It is located on the 1st floor of the house and has been tastefully furnished. If necessary, the sofa bed can also be used in the living room for one person.
There is parking for your car and a separate lockable storage for sports equipment are available.

Great stay

My husband son and I just enjoyed an 8 night stay in this lovely apartment. Great location to the town and stunning views from the balcony. The kitchen and bathroom are well appointed. Only small negative is the bed wasn’t comfy but nothing new mattresses would sort. Overall though a great property.

Close to Slopes and Town

We chose this apartment because it was positioned such that a 7-year-old could walk to the Hausberg gondola, to the train platform, and into town. (We lack a car so walking distance is critical). I liked the layout - entryway divides bedroom and living room -- since it allowed us to put our daughter to bed early in the bedroom while my spouse and I stayed up for a while in the living room. Then we moved her to the couch. The stay would have been even better with a few tweaks to the kitchen and sofa bed. The kitchen needs scissors and a non-melanine cutting board. (I travel with my own board and knife now, but I noticed this.) Another shelf above the sink - a bit sturdier - would be nice, as would a set of mixing bowls for dinner prep. The sofa bed would benefit from a mattress pad. We turned a blanket with some breathable fibers into a makeshift mattress pad. Otherwise, a single cotton sheet against a pleather sofa will make for an unpleasant night. Finally, if you come by train, be aware that **some** drivers on St. Martin Strasse resent pedestrians crossing it to get into town. The nearest route has a pedestrian safety island but no zebra-striped crosswalk; a few drivers yelled at us for crossing to the island because it forced them to slow down.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Unternehmungen

Wir haben in der FeWo Zum Hausberg alles so wie beschrieben vorgefunden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die FeWo liegt sowohl für Unternehmungen zu Fuß als auch mit dem Auto ideal. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, ausreichend groß, mit schöner Aussicht und wirklich in einer super Lage. Kommunikation mit dem „Gastgeber“ war problemlos und einfach. Daher super Urlaub und gern wieder.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und sauber :-) Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Nachbarn sind äußerst freundlich. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief ohne Probleme. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur jedem ans Herz legen und zu 100% weiterempfehlen :-)

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wunderschöner Wander Urlaub mit toller Ferien Wohnung

Wir sind zufrieden

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, weitgehend renoviert und liegt angenehm in einer Wohnsiedlung mit viel Grün in insgesamt attraktiver Umgebung. Reibungslose Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Die vorherigen Nutzer waren mit der Reinigung von Besteck und Geschirr etwas nachlässig, dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Einzig nennenswerter Mangel: die durchgelegenen Matratzen im Doppelbett

Erholsamer Urlaub in GAP

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage und nur wenige Minuten ins Zentrum (Garmisch). Großer Balkon mit Blick zur Alpspitze und zum Wank. Gute Ausstattung. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Volle Empfehlung. Wir waren zu Zweit 13 Tage dort.

Sehr schön Ferienwohnung!

Es war die erste Ferienwohnung, die komplett sauber war. Das Geschirr zum Beispiel, konnten wir sofort benutzen und mussten es nicht nochmal abwaschen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man kann alles schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur Empfehlen!!! Wir kommen wieder.

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung und ein super freundlicher Vermieter

Wir waren von dieser Ferienwohnung unglaublich beeindruckt. Sie war sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet und die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen dennoch auch zentralen Lage. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß waren wir im Zentrum. Der Vermieter war überaus freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und sehr kommunikativ. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Besuch in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung!
