2-room apartment 40 m2 on 2nd floor. Fully renovated in 2019, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. Lage super zentral und schön, angenehme Nachbarschaft, gute Parkmöglichkeit, Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig (insbesondere in Küche & Bad), ansonsten solide Ausstattung, für die Schlüsselübergabe im naheliegenden Porto Valtravaglia genügend Zeit einplanen (großer Andrang)

Die Wohnung macht einen guten Eindruck und sehr sauber. Direkt am Zentrum gelegen, tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Nur schade das dort nur italienische Fernsehsender zu empfangen waren. Eigener Parkplatz für die Wohnung im abgeschlossenen Areal vorhanden.

Nichts zu meckern

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön zentral gelegen, fussläufig ist man in wenigen Minuten am Lago. Sehr gute Gastronomie in der Gegend. Wohnung ist super, vollkommen eingerichtet. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist problemlos und schnell verlaufen.

Hübsche Wohnung, zentral gelegen

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist super! Man wohnt "mittendrin" und kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen (See, Supermarkt, Markt, Restaurants, Bars, etc.). Zum Strand sind wir nach Germignaga (ca. 20 Min.) gelaufen.

Ottima posizione, molto comoda per visitare Luino e vicino alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici per visitare i dintorni. L'appartamento è accogliente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è davvero molto gentile. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Mooie locatie

Perfecte locatie!! Groot pluspunt ; eigen parkeerplaats Sleuteloverdracht verliep prima. Het appartement was niet schoon. Vloer was vies en het beddengoed was ook niet schoon. Keukengerei, borden en glazen hebben we eerst moeten schoonmaken. Douchecabine was erg vies en de badmatten die in de badkamer lagen zijn nog nooit gewassen.

Appartment mit Innenhof-Balkon

Wir konnten den Schlüssel vor Ort entgegen nehmen. Die Kommunikation war schlecht, englisch schwierig, deutsch nicht möglich. Das Appartment ist ordentlich eingerichtet, war aber leider was Küche und Bad anging nicht wirklich sauber gereinigt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist Geschmackssache, wir fanden es nicht so sehr gemütlich. Gegenüber ist eine Tagesmutter, sodass ab 8 Uhr relativ viel Lärm im Innenhof ist, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Lage ist hervorragend, in 50 m ist man am See.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, für 4 (erwach.) Personen jedoch definitiv zu klein. Toll ist auch der Parkplatz im Hof, verlässt man die Wohnung auf dem Fußweg landet man in der Fußgängerzone und hat nach ein paar wenigen Schritten den See in Sicht. Einziger Wermutstropfen war ein kleines Abwasserproblem das Wasser lief nicht gut an. Laut der freundlichen Mitarbeiterin soll dies aber behoben werden. Restauranttipp: kleines Bistro in Fußgängerzone, leckeres Essen, sehr freundlicher Besitzer. Top!

Zentrale Lage

die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, offener Wohn/Essbereich. Die Wohnung ist sauber, einzig die Bezüge der Couch hätten eine Reinigung nötig. Die Lage ist zentral dennoch ruhig, man ist innerhalb weniger Gehminuten am See. Die Wohnung ist zum Garagenhinterhof ausgerichtet, nicht die schönste Aussicht dafür kann man Abends entspannt auf dem Balkon sitzen. Es gibt Wlan und einen Smart TV mit Netflixfunktion somit ist die abendliche Unterhaltung für die jüngsten gesichert. Die Küche ist großzügig ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und haben alles ausführlich erklärt.
