Great Vacation!

Fall Vacation

The location was very good. Close to the boardwalk, town and central enough to go to Atlantic City and Cape May. The house was very clean and all of the appliances are new. The beds were comfortable and it was very easy to get in touch with the owners.

Great Location, very clean and well maintained

We had a very good stay at this house. It was very comfortable and clean. We had good communications with the host. After we checked out, we realized that we were missing a piece of electronics. Prior to leaving OC, they remotely let us back in and we were able to retrieve the device.

Great location and clean updated modern house

We really enjoyed our stay! House was great, everything was new looking and super clean. Owners were very communicative and included a lot of little things like supplies. We really liked the laid back feel of that side of the boardwalk, and the beach was not super crowded (compared with 1st-10th streets where we normally stay). We didn’t do much cooking because it was a short stay. Great having private parking spots, but street wasn’t too crowded either. Would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxing stay

We had a great stay at this property. We originally rented it because of a nearby soccer tournament that my son was to participate in. Because of torrential rains, the tournament was canceled, but we came down anyway! We had a relaxing time playing games, watching movies, etc. When the rain finally stopped, we enjoyed a nice stroll on the boardwalk. The property was very neat and clean and had everything we needed. It is also only a few minutes walk to the boardwalk and beach. Great place- I would rent here again!

Brief but beautiful stay

The updates to this unit are terrific. They did a wonderful job and hit all the high points for the space. And there is something for everyone from the booster seat and tricycle for littles to the beach chairs and an industrial size washer dryer, so nice! One improvement would be to add a lamp in each room. Overhead lights are good but winding down at night they can be blinding. Thanks for having us!

Nice Updated Condo

We had a great experience here overall. The condo is updated with a really nice kitchen and bathrooms. It was very clean and functional for us. The bedrooms were very small and the whole place is pretty compact but it worked fine for us. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need (even a variety of kcups!) There is a back deck with a large table as well that I didn’t see in any of the pictures. There are 2 parking spots but it is very very tight to fit both. It was a little walk to the beach and boardwalk but doable. Overall a great experience and I’d recommend the condo.

Excellent location in Ocean City!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. Our group of five fit comfortably, and the location was perfect — only a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. The fact that towels (including dish and hand towels) and sheets were not provided was a challenge, and a bit strange considering there is a large washer and dryer in the unit — given that we flew in from out of state, it wasn't feasible for us to bring our own linens. I'm sharing this because while it is stated in the unit description, it's not mentioned in any reviews. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved being so close to the beach! Would recommend, so long as you come prepared with the proper accessories.

Not what I was expecting when I booked this stay!

I was some what disappointed in this property. Compared to other Vrbo properties I have stayed in before. By far this was the worst one. The property has newly renovations and appliances the dryer doesn’t work as good as it looks. The bathrooms are nice but needed more cleaning I step in the shower thinking it was clean but there was Hair on the tile it was disgusting. I had to result to cleaning it myself. The shower head had plenty of dirt and grime. Looked like it was not cleaned regularly. And it was at little dusty. Which surfaced my baby allergies. The most inconvenient and unpleasant part about my stay was that she didn’t have any linens for us. And I don’t think it’s professional to warn the guest after they’ve book the property that’s needs to be specified in the description. once she sent me the information about no linens I was ready to cancel because that’s just not ideal for guests. Everything else was ok it was about a 30min drive to AC not much to see around the area accept for the beach but the weather wasn’t ideal for that. So me and my family just really went to Atlantic City for everything. The tolls are ridiculous getting there for this I will probably never book this location again. Property manager send us a list of cleaning things she wanted us to do I also found that a little weird especially since we had to pay a cleaning fee. Heat works well. Supermarkets and gas stations about 5 minutes away it has a little playground in the area.
