Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen mit Hund. In der Wohnung ist es ruhig (außer die Mieter oben drüber rutschen Möbel). Die Lage ist gut und nah am Strand. Allerdings läuft man in die Stadt 25 Minuten. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.
Die Wohnung war neu renoviert. Gute Ausstattung und gutes Mobiliar. Parkplatz war nummeriert und sehr kurzer Weg zum Deich. Von der Hauptstraße bekommt man nicht viel mit . Im ganzen zufrieden gewesen

Schimmelflecken hinter Heizkörper und Bett im Schlafzimmer. Der Fewo Vermittler versprach Abhilfe, die nicht erfolgte.
Insgesamt mangelhafte Reinigung der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung an sich war gut bis auf das Internet/Wlan das einfach für die vielen Wohnungen zu schwach war es waren auch nur 4 von 8 wohnungen belegt wir hatten einen Wasserschaden im Bad das schnell behoben wurde wenn das Internet schneller wäre würde ich die Wohnung wieder buchen ansonsten nicht.

Sehr sehr ärgerlich.
Wohnung sehr DRECKIG. Terasse auch DRECKIG und abstellplatz für alte Möbel. WLAN ging nicht. Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft. Hausmeister auf AB Probleme geschildert, keine Reaktion. Andere Vermieter kennen gelernt die uns auf den schlecht Hausmeister Service hingewiesen haben. Haben selber Hand anlegen und so gut es ging selber sauber gemacht. DAMIT WIR UNSEREN JAHRES URLAUB NOCH EINIGERMAßEN GENIEßEN KONNTEN.
