auch das 2. Mal war es toll !

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung und waren super positiv überrascht, wie toll die Wohnung nach der Renovierung geworden ist. Alles ist sehr hell und modern mit neuen Möbeln eingerichtet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Mit der neuen Aufteilung in der Küche ist wirklich alles untergebracht, was man auch von zu Hause her gewohnt ist: Geschirrspülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank inkl. drei Sterne Gefrierfach, zwei Kaffeemaschinen (Filter und Kapsel) und alle möglichen Haushaltsgeräte wie Toaster, Mixer etc. Wären wir länger geblieben, hätten wir einen Kuchen gebacken ;-) Toll, dass die Wohnung jetzt auch WLAN hat. Auf den neuen Matratzen haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Auch diesmal waren genug Parkplätze verfügbar und wir konnten wieder direkt am Haus parken.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, absolut empfehlenswert

Wir haben super spontan gebucht. Der Kontakt zu Frau Biesdorf war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit gelungenem Farbkonzept. Die Einrichtung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und noch mehr. Im Flur gibt es ausreichend Garderobenhaken. Große Kleiderschränke, um seine Sachen gut unterzubringen. Sehr bequemes Bett, wir haben fantastisch geschlafen. Sehr angenehm ist auch der Zugang zum Balkon sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch vom Schlafzimmer. Das Bad ist zwar noch nicht renoviert, aber absolut sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Lage ist super zentral, alles lässt sich gut zu Fuß erreichen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und erholsame Zeit. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nicht Familienfreundlich

Das positive zuerst, die Wohnung ist genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben, also genau lesen was man bekommt, oder eben auch nicht. Mein erster Eindruck war ups, bis auf das Schlafzimmer, das renoviert ist, macht die Wohnung einen sehr alten und verlebten Eindruck. Es war alles sauber, keine Frage, aber die Couch ist wahrscheinlich älter als ich, somit hat man sich da nicht wohl drauf gefühlt, und die Einrichtung könnte von meiner Oma stammen. Die Küche und das Badezimmer sind so klein, das der Aufenthalt mit einem Kleinkind in den Räumen schwierig war. Negativ: -TV Program war nicht Kind gerecht. Es konnten keine Kindersender empfangen werden. -Kein WLAN in der Wohnung -Der Duschvorhang war nicht schön…! - Preislich ist die Wohnung viel zu teuer, im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen in den, oder benachbarten Gebäude. Positiv: -Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren im Preis - schnellen Kontakt zur Vermieterin

Katastrophe

Die Lage ist top !! Schnell am Strand und in der Stadt. Aber die Wohnung ist den Preis von 180 Euro die Nacht einfach nicht wert. Stehst im ströhmenden Regen vor der Tür bis der Reinigungsservice sich mal aus seinem Auto bewegt. Erstmal bis auf die Knochen nass. Wir kamen uns vor, als würden wir im Sperrmüll Hausen. Betten und Handtücher auch sehr lieblos hingeklatscht. Essen in der Wohnung geht nicht, da die Stühle nicht an den Tisch passen. Gemütlich verweilen, nicht möglich. Das Schrankbett quietscht schon beim Anschauen. Die ganze Wohnung riecht einfach nur gruselig trotz Lüftens. Im Bad bricht man sich die Zehen bei dem Versuch zu duschen bei der Duschumrandung. Die Matratzen im Doppelbett sind so hart, da kann man auf dem Fußboden schlafen. Kein WLAN und kein Internetempfang. Fazit ... 360 Euro für 3 Personen und 2 Nächte sind absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir fahren seit Jahren nach Büsum und mussten kurzfristig umbuchen weil mehr Personen mitgefahren sind als geplant und da sehr kurzfristig war nicht mehr viel verfügbar. Sowas ist uns noch nicht passiert. Für günstig hätten wir uns das nicht so zu Herzen genommen aber das ist frech. Sehr schade!
