In front of the living room is the east balcony. The separate kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Cable TV and radio are available. In the bedroom, also with an east-facing balcony, there is a double bed that is integrated in a wall unit. The spacious bathroom is new, with light tiles and a semicircular shower. Overall, an appealing, harmonious and well-kept equipment. Pets are not allowed. A parking space belongs to the apartment.
