In the spacious living room you will find a sofa bed for an additional bed.  The high-quality fitted kitchen includes a stove with oven, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment. The modern bathroom with shower is equipped with underfloor heating and an electric towel dryer. The entire window was provided with blinds. A marked parking space belongs to the apartment.

Bakery, supermarket, drugstore and restaurants) is also within walking distance in about 1.5 km.
