Enjoy breathtaking views from this condo located directly on the beautiful sugar–white sands of Panama City Beach in the popular Thomas Drive area. Dubbed "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches" thanks to its powder–soft sands and emerald–green waters, Panama City Beach, Florida offers a year–round mild climate. At Shores of Panama you can enjoy kicking back with a good book or cool drink in the spectacular lagoon style pool area – during the spring and summer months a Tiki Bar offers cocktails, bar style food and snow cones.

This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath at Shores of Panama has fresh paint, new furniture, new flooring. king master bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy relaxing on the double balcony in the center of building on the 13th floor overlooking our beautiful lagoon pool and the gulf for as far as you can see. Bunkroom has a full size bed, sleeps 2 and has its own full bath. Our new sofa has a queen bed that sleeps 2 comfortably.

We are in walking distance of so many restaurants and things to do that you really don't need a car to get around. If you do want to venture out and enjoy our town, Uber is available for your convenience.

Condo 1315 is located on the 13th floor at Shores of Panama. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. $85 Registration fee on-site.

I didnt want to leave

Farah and Kelly were very quick to respond. We had a few hiccups but no fault of the hosts. The view is phenomenal, it was very accommodating. The hot tub was closed the last 2 days for construction but there was never a time we had to fight to find a place to sit by the pool. We requested a late checkout due to the place that we had to go to before leaving and they accommodated us with no issues. I would highly highly recommend!

Quiet and perfect

Me and my husband stayed here for our week of vaca in PCB. It was nice for him to have his own Bathroom. Both were large and accomdating. the view was good and we didnt have to deal with bright morning sun. Farah was prompt in answering my text. Except for my hubby being sick early on all was great

Just ok.

This unit is clean. It has all necessary essentials. The door lock needs to be replaced. The clothes dryer takes several cycles to dry. The second bedroom is small.

The unit was very clean and nice! The pool was beautiful and the beach was clean. The strawberry daiquiris were some of the best I’ve had! The elevators were very busy and crowded. We took the stairs a lot of the time. We did have a small issue with the renters next door. Their kids were ringing our doorbell and running off from the unit late at night. After the 2nd time of this happening we contacted security to let them know someone was doing this on the 13th floor. They did it an 3rd time late that night and we caught them doing it this time. After we caught them doing it we contacted security again to let them know who it was. The security on duty failed to address the issue for several hours like they said they would do. They did it once again the next day. We contacted security again, luckily the security manager was on duty and she did promptly take care of the situation. She was very helpful! Farah, our vacation host, was also very helpful with trying to resolve the situation. Farah was very quick and helpful with her responses.
