Peace and relaxation in the Villa Harmony

Our newly furnished villa is located directly on the fresh water canal. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can accommodate 6 people. In addition, one person can sleep in the reading room on a comfortable sofa bed.
Equipped with high-speed WiFi, Bose sound touch and smart TV, you can live well in the living area.
The outdoor pool is heated and is therefore available even at low outside temperatures. 4 sun loungers with comfortable cushions and extra pool towels are available.
Grilling with the large gas grill is pure pleasure.
The nearest golf course can be reached in 2 miles.
Shops are nearby (Walmart, Publix, Aldi, and much more).
We look forward to having you as our guests.

Just what we needed!

This house was perfect for us. Each teenager had their own room and there was plenty of space. Christa was great to work with and I would highly recommend this property.

Clean and nice

The place was clean and nice place. The ppol was warm to swim for us but I wish they had paper towel and laudry detergent and softer since it is trouble to pack those things. And more dishes and pots.

The home was nice; but dated. Was told in communication with owner, last April, that the electricity charge hasn't exceeded $50. We were hit with $117, although the excess was waived after discussion. Thought things would be within walking distance. No. No beaches in Cape Coral. Fort Myers is closest and it is approx 40 mintes heavy traffic. There is a pool, but we were advised to keep it covered to keep electricity charges down; as well as keep air conditioning turned to 78. Really? Probably wouldn't do this particular house again.

We had informed them prior to your stay that $25.00 per week electricity costs are included. Each additional consumption will be charged at $0.15. Everyone is responsible for how they use energy. Nobody told you that the beach is walking distance. There is a small beach in Cape Coral. You don't necessarily have to go to Fort Myers. We will do without you as guests in the future.

Lovely and Tranquil

This home was lovely! It was everything we hoped for... clean, beautiful tranquil view of a quiet peaceful canal., lovely heated private pool, and all the convenient s of home. The property manager was excellent to assist with our needs. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home!

This was a beautiful home and I am very glad we got the opportunity to stay! Christa was so nice and welcoming. The only things that I gave 4 stars for were because we were not aware that we were going to be charged for electricity before we booked, second the beds were very hard! Again overall it was a great stay!
