The name says it all at our "Mittendrin" vacation apartment: You can reach the popular pedestrian zone of the Garmisch district in just a few meters on foot. Quietly located in a side street, you will find the best starting point for all your holiday activities.
In your vacation apartment you will find all the amenities you need for a successful vacation:
The bedroom has a large, cozy double bed with an open foot end. Your vacation wardrobe can be perfectly stored in the large mirrored closet. One of the two bathrooms is right next door. In addition to a toilet and washbasin, you will also find a shower/bath combination here. What could be nicer than taking a hot bath to relax after a wonderful hike or a sunny day's skiing? Pure relaxation!
The heart of your vacation apartment, the large living and dining area, is bright and friendly. Here you will find a cozy sofa as well as a dining area with table and chairs. A TV set is of course available for you.
The kitchen was completely renovated in summer 2023 and is equipped with high-quality appliances. So if you don't want to visit the recommended restaurants in the area, all amateur chefs will find the best equipment here. Of course, we have thought of all kitchen utensils, and a coffee machine is also available for you. Speaking of coffee: it can also be enjoyed on the apartment's beautiful terrace on the many glorious sunny days. The quiet location of the house invites you to spend a relaxing vacation day at home. Whether for children or a four-legged friend, we have made provisions: the small garden is completely fenced in.
An open, narrow staircase takes you to the basement of the apartment. Here you will find another sleeping area for three people. Take a look at the photos, we have come up with something for you: the window shaft has been covered with a panoramic film, so you have the "perfect view" even in the basement. A double bed and a single bed as well as a TV complete the furnishings. There is a chest of drawers in the hallway to store all your clothes. The bathroom with shower and toilet completes this floor, making the layout of the apartment ideal for a family with 3 children or for couples traveling together.

Wir waren zu viert + 2 kleinen Hunden in der geräumigen, sehr modernen Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Garten, der Ausblick und alles was eine Fewo haben sollte, haben uns einen schönen Urlaub beschert. Die grandiose Lage "Mittendrin" triffts genau, kurze Wege zum shoppen, einkaufen und auch ins Ski-Areal, einfach super! Immer wieder gerne :)
