5 bedrooms ensuite that come with a shower and bidet. The rooms come with a classic mountain décor, of which one room with a king bed and a bunk bed that can fit up to four people.
The villa is a classic mountain cottage from where you may begin your day with amazing views of the landscape.
The space
Eco Villa Italia has a double living area with billiards, a ping pong table, and a fireplace that will be excellent for relaxing evenings, while the kitchen (completely equipped) and dining room with its massive oak table will make meals comfortable. It's wonderful!
From the external square, equipped with a large table and stone barbecue, it is possible to admire the chain of the Monti della Laga and Monte Vettore.
During the summer, guests may take a break from the various outdoor activities available in this wonderful region of Italy by using the private swimming pool and tennis court.

Why they chose this property
Located 1100 meters above sea level. A unique place to start your mountain hikes or completely relax with your family or friends. The villa has a stunning view of the mountains. You can admire from Monte Vettore, the Laga mountains, up to Gran Sasso. In addition, it is surrounded by an adjacent forest where it is often possible to spot animals such as fawns, foxes, and buzzards.
