Beautiful holiday home in a quiet and central location in Greetsiel. The semi-detached house with 100 square meters of living space and accommodation for up to 5 people impresses with its tasteful, high-quality furnishings. On the ground floor there is a light-flooded, spacious living-dining area with an adjacent kitchen. A cozy couch corner with TV and music system and a large dining table offer enough space for cozy hours. The ground floor is equipped with tiles in a wood look. The underfloor heating ensures comfort. The extensive equipment of the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a floor-level shower and towel radiator. On the upper floor there is a further daylight bathroom, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, an adjoining children's bedroom and another bedroom with 2 single beds. High quality mattresses ensure a restful sleep. On request, a laundry package for EUR 15 p. P bookable .... The windows are provided with shutters, window pleats and fly screens. The house has free internet access. Dogs are also welcome and welcome! € 7 per night. The garden area was fenced in in spring to make it an even more relaxing holiday for dog owners. The house has 2 reserved parking spaces, storage space for your bikes and a fenced garden with sun terrace where you can really enjoy your vacation. Alles neu, toll und hochwertig ausgestattet. Es fehlt nichts. Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen! Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Der Ort ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
