We’ve set everything up for you:

Ground floor:
A cosy living room with a gas fireplace (you can control the flame with a remote control)—once you settle in here in the evening, you won’t want to leave. A sofa, comfortable wicker armchairs, and cosy lighting create a warm and relaxing holiday atmosphere. A large plasma colour TV (satellite), DVD player, and stereo system round out the holiday experience. A small, carefully curated library (including a reading lamp) for all ages and various games for fun together are available for your use.
The dining area with an upholstered bench creates a stylish setting for meals, which you can prepare in the spacious built-in kitchen equipped with all the modern appliances and utensils you’d expect, such as a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, hand mixer, coffee maker, and the like.

South-facing terrace: Large garden table with six chairs, lounge chairs, a beach chair, and a sun umbrella.

On the upper floor, there are two cheerfully furnished bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) equipped with another stereo system. Large wardrobes and plenty of extra storage space underscore how family-friendly our home is. Here you’ll also find the second bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and makeup mirror.

In the attic, you’ll find another bedroom with two single beds and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, as well as a play area for the little ones (or the grown-ups who need some peace and quiet for meditation).

For the little ones: stair gate, wooden chair (2-piece set), outlet covers, children’s dishes and cutlery, and a bottle warmer.

• Our 4-room holiday homes are specially tailored to the needs of families and small groups. With 70 to 80 m² of space, we offer a well-thought-out layout that comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.

• Family-friendly: A travel cot and a high chair are standard amenities—at no extra charge. Need more? We’re happy to arrange additional equipment for you for a small fee.

• Excellent connectivity: Even in this idyllic setting, you don’t have to do without high-speed internet. All homes feature a fast fiber-optic connection (Wi-Fi).


The location of our resort is the perfect starting point for relaxation and exploration:



• The idyllic fishing harbour is just a few minutes’ walk away. Watch the traditional crab boats come and go and enjoy the maritime charm of Leybucht.

• The Koppke Swimming Pool is right around the corner. Whether you’re swimming, enjoying the sauna, or indulging in a soothing therapeutic treatment—here, your relaxation is the focus.

• Stroll through the alleys of the historic town centre, treat yourself to tea and cake at one of the traditional tea rooms, or visit the famous Twin Mills

There’s never a dull moment in Greetsiel! While you enjoy the fresh North Sea air, the kids can play to their hearts’ content at the large playground right next to the guesthouse or at the Lükko Lighthouse Children’s House. This small coastal town is a paradise for little explorers—from walks along the dike to exciting boat tours.
