The house has a very spacious living-dining room with a winter garden, reading armchairs and a large couch.

The small fitted kitchen is separate and, like the bathroom, goes from the entrance hall that leads into the living room. The terrace is facing southwest. Around the corner from the winter garden is an old beach chair with a nostalgic pattern.
WiFi and Smart TV are available.
The stairs to the upper floor have an additional handrail.
The double bedroom has a small loggia to the west, with a view over the roofs.
The beds in the twin bed room have practical drawers for luggage and toys.

Both bedrooms have cozy sloping ceilings and are very bright.

There is a wooden house in the garden where our guests can park their bikes. You will also find sun beds and a handcart for the little ones, a popular means of transportation to get to the beach.

Car parking space and garage directly at the house, absolutely quiet location, about 300m to the beach, shops are nearby.

Wohlfühloase

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist top, sauber und gepflegt. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die schnell auf Fragen unsererseits geantwortet hatte. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Es sind wenige Minuten zum Strand, zur Gastronomie und Carolinensiel. Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht und freuen uns schon jetzt 😁

Sehr schönes kleines Haus

Die Lage ist Super 👍 zu Fuß zum Strand ca 7-10 Minuten.bäcker in der Nähe. Sehr schönes kleines Haus mit schönen Garten und Grill echt super. Mussten einmal das Haus den Boden wischen der war nicht so sauber .Aber sonst alles sauber Betten gut.

Super für Familien

Die beiden Doppelhaus Hälften sind liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Ideal für Familien, die in zwei Parteien reisen. Man kann gut mal schnell in Hausschuhen rüber gehen, hat aber zwei getrennte Häuser. Im Haus 1 ist im Ess- und Wohnzimmer auch genug Platz für alle. Und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin könnte nicht besser und freundlicher sein. Danke für eine unkomplizierte Zeit!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus in super Lage!

Das Ferienhaus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über einen großen Wohnraum und eine schöne Terrasse. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Straße genau zwischen Strand und dem Hafen von Carolienensiel (beides fußläufig erreichbar) ist perfekt! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat auf unsere Fragen immer direkt geantwortet.
