On the spacious south-facing terrace, which is accessible from both the living and dining area of the apartment and the bedroom, you can let your gaze wander over the Saaler Bodden with its boats and sailing ships. The terrace is equipped with a table with 4 comfortable patio chairs. From the living room and the adjoining bedroom, you reach the terrace, where you can end the day comfortably with a glass of wine. The open, well-equipped kitchen area has an induction cooker with four hobs, an oven, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer. In addition, the bright fitted kitchen is equipped with numerous cooking accessories and invites you to linger and cook together with a large dining table and five comfortable chairs. Seat shell chairs in a timeless gray provide comfortable seating in the open dining and living area. A large dining table can accommodate four people. The design floor covering laid throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect. With its cozy sofa and armchair, the living area invites you to spend pleasant moments with family or friends. The media technology is up to date. They have two flat-screen TVs and free WiFi. A safe for your valuables is available in the apartment. The furniture in the two bedrooms is very modern. A wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps fit into the harmonious ambience of the bedrooms. The modern box spring beds with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) invite you to dream. Right next to the one bedroom you have a separate dressing room. The second bedroom is a captain's bedroom and is very conveniently separated from the living area by a sliding door.
