This charming holiday rental in the centre of Prerow offers approximately 57 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 4 people and one toddler (up to 3 years old). The apartment spans the upper floor (OG) and the attic (DG) and is ideal for families or couples. <br>On the upper floor, you’ll find a cosy living area with a sofa and a small flat-screen satellite TV, as well as a dining area for four people. The open-concept kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator (with freezer compartment), a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave. <br>A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink completes the upper floor. The first bedroom on the upper floor is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The second bedroom is located in the attic and also features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a radio, and satellite TV. <br>For small children, there is a travel cot (without bedding) and a high chair. Additional amenities include stair gates, window screens, a bike shed, and a parking space. You can enjoy the sun on the furnished south-facing balcony. For relaxing moments in the garden, a separate sauna house is available for shared use (rented by the hour). Bedding and towels are not included in the rental price but can be rented. This non-smoking apartment is ideal for families and couples. Pets are not allowed. Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to adjust your travel dates to avoid this surcharge.
