This non-smoking holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the listed main building of the newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser - Seefahrtschule in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, lovingly restored in recent years and reopened in 2020. Start your day with breakfast and a cup of coffee on the 5 m² terrace when the sun is rising. You can access the furnished terrace from the living room and the bedroom. The terrace has various lounging and seating options. The high ceilings of the apartment created there underline the friendly and spacious character. The apartment, which is kept in the style of a beach house, offers maximum comfort with selected accessories and harmonious compositions. The light-flooded holiday apartment with 63m² offers space for 2 people. Here you can spend an unforgettable vacation at any time of the year. It is only a short walk to the in-house fitness and wellness area. This is also located in the main house and is available to you. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. You can then relax in one of the two saunas with a sensory shower and in the relaxation room. The rental office, the snack machine and the bread service are located together with the apartment in the main building. The open, fully equipped NOLTE fitted kitchen borders the living area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. Numerous cooking utensils ensure the perfect cooking evening. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed and an armchair and invites you to spend moments together. Underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) are available for media entertainment in the living room. Of course, you have free WiFi in all areas of the apartment. In the bedroom with a box spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) you can watch the stars in the sky through the floor-to-ceiling windows. A wardrobe with a safe, an armchair with a coffee table and a 32 inch flat screen TV complete the bedroom. The bathroom impresses with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with a base cabinet.
