very cozy house. The photo does not convey all the beauty of this place. a lot of greenery, trees and flowers, beautiful scenery and views of the Bay. quiet, calm. nice jacuzzi. The house is clean and in good repair. The owners are very responsive and pleasant. we will definitely return to this house again

Click bait. False advertising. NOT a treehouse

This was advertised as a “treehouse” and I booked it for sentimental reasons because of that. There were NO trees incorporated in, around, through, or touching this house in any way. When I pointed this out the owner gave me a BS reply that it “had the essence of nature”. It is on a very steep and narrow access road with hairpin turns. The place was not organized or supplied with expected amenities. “Snacks” were offered but we showed up and the house was bare empty. Not even coffee. There could be a view except the railing blocked it while sitting in the provided two cheap plastic chairs. Overall, felt it was overpriced and cheaply appointed. And NOT a treehouse.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us, Alan. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We strive to be transparent in our listing, including the photos and descriptions, to help guests make informed decisions. While we aim to capture a nature-inspired vibe, we understand that this might not have matched your expectations of a “treehouse.” We acknowledge that the road can be challenging due to our uphill location. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our customer service team is available 24/7, and had we known about the missing coffee and other amenities, we would have promptly arranged for a delivery to ensure your comfort. We always aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to enhance our guests’ experiences. Thank you once again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best.
